Hugh Beazer

Hugh is the director and heads the team in both Sales and Lettings. Having worked as an Estate Agent and been a resident of Chiswick for more than twenty years, Hugh's knowledge is extremely in depth of the surrounding area as an agent and also just as importantly as a resident. With his calm nature and understanding, Hugh can pass on his wealth of knowledge for the good of future landlords, tenants and vendors. With his vast experience Hugh is also our valuation expert and will always give a fair and truthful valuation of your home, whether you're thinking of letting or selling. Land development and investment is another special area of Hugh's that he is more than willing to share with people seeking sound advice before heading into the unknown.

Natalia Chalupniczak

Natalia is our office administrator and deals with all aspects of helping to run our busy office as well as looking after our landlord's accounts. Natalia came to us with a wealth of experience and has proven to shine with her rapport for building strong relationships with our landlord's and tenants alike. Natalia says the best thing about working for Borthwicks is the fact that being a local independent business means you can really get to know your landlords in a way you can't with larger corporate agents.

Paul Charman

Paul Charman is our lettings manager and has lived in Chiswick for 10 years. Most of that time has been spent working at Borthwick's where he started his career in the industry and has helped a vast array of people find their perfect rental properties. He is married with two children and loves everything West London! "The best thing about Chiswick is the location for families and renting couples, you are spoilt for choice with the river Thames just a 10 minute walk from central Chiswick, the many open green parks, vibrant social scene on the high road and not forgetting great transport links with 6 local train / tube stations and the M4 motorway for easy links in and out of town". Robert Winter - VP of Sales

Robert adds a wealth of sales experience having worked in Chiswick for over 15 years. He joined Borthwicks in 2010 and says he knows Chiswick like the back of his hand and has managed to help a vast amount of buyers move in and around the area. Although Chiswick is his main area , he has sold many properties in central London and is not afraid to venture outside Chiswick to find properties for clients. Robert lives in Grove Park, Chiswick with his wife Angela and two children Oliver and Arabella.

William Hogarth

Chiswick High Road is widely-recognised amongst Londoners as offering a significant variety of shops, restaurants and leisure facilities, as well as expanding office and hotel space. Chiswick High Road has wide pavements which allow people to sit outside the bars and restaurants, lending the area a continental feel. Kew Gardens is just across the river. Historically, Chiswick is the former residence of the 18th Century English artist William Hogarth. His house is now a museum known as Hogarth's House. It is also the location of one of the best examples of 18th century Palladian architecture, Chiswick House.
