Concord Companies' origin dates to 1989, when Ted Duckworth founded Duckworth Realty, Inc. and began providing commercial property management, leasing, and brokerage services in central Mississippi... As the company grew, opportunities for owning and repositioning commercial properties presented themselves, and the company's acquisition arm was founded as a result. In 2005, Breck Hines joined Ted as a partner and together they continued to grow all sectors of the company, including management and brokerage services.
