Founded as High Priority in 1998, we specialized originally in web development and small home and business computer networks. High Priority changed its name in 2002 to Priority Consulting Group, Inc. and began focusing strictly on small business technology and networks, supporting organizations where having a full-time IT department was cost prohibitive. It was in a sense "Time Share IT". The focus of Priority Consulting Group, Inc. was fast responsiveness and great service. In 2007 Business Technology Group, LLC was formed when Robert Muller partnered with Jason Paquette of Kaseya. Jason brought a tremendous wealth of knowledge from his experiences at Kaseya (The world's most successful IT services automation software company). Jason and Robert kept the core beliefs of Priority Consulting Group yet also improved and reworked the business model from a focus on reactive IT support to a primary focus on monitoring, maintenance, preventative and proactive IT services.
