Jeffrey Guenther, PE, CAM and Founder of CMSI has been a registered Professional Engineer in Florida since 2005 and in 3 other states, starting in 1991. He is also licensed as a Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) since 2014 and has been active in his West Palm Beach, Community Association as a Committee Member, former Board Director, and an avid Tennis & Pickleball Hack. He has over 25 years experience as a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with experience as a Structural Designer, Inspector, and Expert Witness for commercial, industrial, marine, and residential structures/buildings (including high-rise, beachside condos). As a CAM, and Committee Member within his own 1400 home HOA, Jeff understands the unique dynamics and concerns of Florida Community Associations.
