Andy is a geologist with over 15 years' experience in environmental and engineering projects. He has worked on waste management and contaminated soil and water remediation, and has experience of contract management using FIDIC conditions. He manages CQA's office in Baku with a team of 15 engineers and support personnel on a range of projects from large scale mining infrastructure to environmental remediation.

Darren Bland, Darren Bland, Director and General Manager, UK
Darren is an engineering geologist with over 15 years' experience in project management, environmental, geotechnical and remediation projects. He has worked on numerous landfill projects from construction to closure and and has been involved in the construction of leach pads, TSF's, process ponds and infrastructure at a gold and copper mine. He is responsible for the management of CQA's UK business as well as developing overseas business in containment related fields. Darren also specialises in dumpsite remediation and land re-use, waste to energy and landfill gas utilisation.

Ismayil is a construction engineer with over 40 years' experience in construction engineering and supervision of international industrial projects, public and private buildings, with ten years' experience of environmental engineering with CQA. He has worked in Azerbaijan, Russia and Kazakhstan and supervised the construction of a sulphur dioxide emissions facility at the Tengiz Oil field project as well as gold mining infrastructure in Azerbaijan.
Martin is an engineering geologist with 10 years' professional experience of site investigation, geotechnical engineering and landfill engineering. His track record includes the project management and supervision of countless engineered containment systems as well as undertaking mining related geotechnical investigations.
Peter is a Chartered Geologist with over 35 years' technical and contract management experience in environmental geology, hydrogeology and geotechnical engineering. He has completed more than 200 engineering and environmental projects including those in waste management, contaminated site remediation, water resource protection and mining engineering in more than 20 countries.
Robert has 30 years of professional environmental engineering experience, and brings this experience to play being CQA's senior design engineer. All of CQA's design work is undertaken using AutoCAD Civil 3D and his strength in design is based upon 15 years' experience of project managing and supervising the construction of mining, waste management, oil industry and water quality projects. He also leads on quality management and regulatory compliance.
