Our approach is to eliminate wherever possible all exposure to fees for our clients where a claim is unsuccessful, since we know what an impediment that can be to a constructive and focused debt recovery strategy... We work on a no collection, no fee basis. There are no hourly rates. If we do not recover a collection on your behalf, we receive no fee.
