Home Matters Dementia Support CIC is a family run business that was developed and launched following a successful project that its Sister organisation, Home Matters Supporting People Ltd., was asked to deliver by Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council. The project, which was extended and is still running beyond the initial 2 year period, was to provide a service for carers and their loved ones who have a Dementia diagnosis... During the time we have been delivering the service, we have seen what a great difference we have been able to make to both the individual with Dementia, or memory loss and to the carer and the family of that individual. Our approach has always been to put the individual at the centre of the service and to do everything in our power to enable, empower and facilitate their needs, desires and happiness.
