For products that we supply, our organization sells aftermarket parts. At your request, we can supply OEM products, otherwise we use Aftermarket products. Please note that OEM generally cost more. Aftermarket products and a few OEM, do not always function when we program. If we find that we are unable to program your product, we give you the option of us ordering a replacement. We will then inform you that the product is in, and finish the job. If you have your own product, it could also be defective. If in stock, we will offer to supply you with one of ours and you will pay the difference, if elected. Please note that we will charge a $50 trip fee if your product does not work, and if you do not choose ours, when we've made the trip to your location... To help ensure the safety of our Technicians.
