Empowered Postpartum is a peer-led, 501c3 non profit organization whose mission is to empower birthing people and families by providing support, information and resources to cope with challenges associated with the postpartum experience... We are in collaboration with local providers and organizations to strengthen family support networks in order to ensure moms and families are screened, treated and referred throughout pregnancy and up to three years postpartum...
