As Office Manager, Carrie is responsible for the organization and distribution of documents for preparation of Tax Returns for all business and personal clients. She also manages bookkeeping and payroll services for multiple clients and oversees day to day office duties including purchasing, billing and payroll. Prior to joining McCauley & Associates, she has held management positions with LifeChem Laboratories and Shared Technologies. Carrie graduated State University of New York at New Paltz and is currently enrolled in the BMBA-Accounting program at Seton Hall University- - Stillman School of Business

Elizabeth M. Nargiso

Elizabeth is an accomplished accounting professional whose many skills include general accounting, audit & review attestation, individual and corporate income tax preparation and planning, trust and estate planning, payroll and payroll tax services, and bookkeeping. In addition, Elizabeth is a valued contributor to the firm's forensic investigation practice and, on the technology side, to our accounting and information systems development & deployment. She also assists clients with the hiring and training of temporary CFOs/Controllers. Prior to joining McCauley & Associates, Elizabeth held positions at Ernst & Young, where she oversaw the financial reporting function of clients/affiliates with sales ranging from $20 million to $150 million. She also honed her skills in the development & implementation of accounting and information systems, giving her the crucial systems experience she has brought to McCauley & Associates. Elizabeth received her B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University.

Michael A. McCauley

Michael founded McCauley & Associates in 2007 to provide audit, tax, advisory, and corporate finance services for individuals and corporations. Three years later, Michael became an ABV (Accredited in Business Valuation), and added forensic, valuation, litigation, and M&A services to the firm's client offerings. With every type of offering, Michael has ensured a premium is placed on client service, including clear communication from us every time we interact with you, and the guarantee of easy access every time you want to reach out to the firm's knowledgeable personnel. Before founding McCauley & Associates, Michael's extensive experience included serving as the Controller of a major New York City construction firm with approximately 500 employees and $70 million in annual sales, and serving as a Senior Accountant & Auditor for a major New York/New Jersey CPA firm and a global Fortune 100 corporation. Michael received his B.S. in Accounting from Lehigh University.
