Anele is the Chief Financial Officer at NMT Capital (Pty) Ltd. Anele is responsible for the Group Finance and Corporate Finance functions for the NMT Group of companies. She plays a key role in the acquisition and disposal of assets, manages NMT's Group investments and sits on various Boards of NMT Investee companies including Golden Rule (Pty) Ltd, Goldplat Recovery (Pty) Ltd and ELCB Information Services (Pty) Ltd.
Prior to joining NMT Capital, Anele worked for ABSA Consultants and Actuaries, specializing in employee benefits as a senior Fund Accountant.
She has a BCom Financial Management from the University of Pretoria.
Enrico Ganter - Executive Director
Enrico is an experienced oil and gas professional with cross-functional understanding developed through director-level responsibility for technology commercialisation, capital project development and execution, plant operations, strategy development and implementation, business development, global petrochemical supply and trading, finance, and investor relations. Enrico is an experienced leader with sound business acumen and the ability to manage business complexity, having successfully formulated and executed strategy across multiple business and geographic sectors. Prior to establishing FalconMere, Enrico spent 26 years with Sasol and was directly and indirectly involved in the development of gas monetisation projects around the world from early screening and pre-feasibility, through feasibility and front-end engineering and design to final investment decisions, project execution, start-up and operations. Significant projects include Escravos GTL and Oryx GTL. Enrico has a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand (South Africa) and an MBA from Warwick University
Justus is an experienced leader and trader of crude oil and refined petroleum products with specialist knowledge and expertise in risk management, deal structuring, capital provisioning. Justus was previously an early member and eventually Group CEO of Masefield which was active in trading crude oil, natural gas, biofuels and refined petroleum products to the value of a turnover of US$26Bio globally. Justus led the expansion of Masefield which became a global leader in managing Strategic Petroleum Reserves for Governments and Justus today remains a leader in this field. Justus has a BA in Law from the University of Stellenbosch and an MBA from the University of the Witwatersrand (WITS) Business School.

Peter is one of the co-founders of NMT Capital and serves as its Group CEO, apart from serving on a number of NMT Group Company Boards, notably Willis SA (Pty) Ltd and CSC SA (Pty) Ltd, where he is also chairman. He is currently Chairman of Vodacom and serves on the Boards of Liberty Holdings and Liberty Group. He is also the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Auditor General's Office and a member of the Right to Care board. Peter also sits on the Advisory Board of Stellenbosch Business School.
Peter is a previous Group CEO of Alexander Forbes, Deputy Managing Director of Old Mutual and Partner at Ernst and Young. He has previously served on the board of Telkom and Transnet. Peter brings a wealth of corporate leadership and governance experience to FalconMere.
