Mr. Adrian Jasso has over twenty-four years of experience in investment banking, private equity and operations. Mr. Jasso co-founded and has been a Managing Partner of Indigo Capital, LLC since 1998. Previously, Mr. Jasso was a Vice President in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets Latin America groups at J.P. Morgan & Co., in New York, from 1993 to 1998. From 1987 to 1991, Mr. Jasso was co-owner and co-founder of Exem, S.A. de C.V., a 100% U.S. export oriented manufacturing company based in Monterrey, Mexico, later acquired by Xignux (formerly Grupo Axa).
From 1983 to 1987, Mr. Jasso worked at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries in Nagasaki (Japan), SIHI Group/Thyssen in Trappes (France), and Celanese Mexicana. Since 2007, Mr. Jasso has been co-owner and member of the board of NC-based Preferred Service, LLC. Since 2003, Mr. Jasso has been a member of the board of Promotora Ambiental, S.A.B. de C.V. Mr. Jasso graduated from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) in 1987, with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. He earned his MBA with concentration in finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1993 (Ringe Scholar).

Alejandro Leal-Isla is Financial Planning and Treasury Officer at Fibra Inn, he collaborated in Grupo Financiero Banorte as Vice Principal of Special Projects for Credit, Director of Corporate Collection and Director of Commercial Real Estate. He has more than 25 years of experience in executive positions: valuations, project financing, corporate finance, financial reporting and financial planning.
Mr. Leal-Isla has a degree in Economics from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), a Masters in Humanities from the Centro Panamericano de Humanidades and a Masters in Management with a Finance specialization from the ITESM and Program D-1 Management from IPADE.

Arturo Elizondo is Director of Co-investments at Fibra Inn, previously he was Director of Alternate Financing and Strategic Projects. He was Chief Financial Officer at Operadora ELPLA, a family office with real estate investments. He has 15 years of experience in the real estate industry.
Mr. Elizondo has a bachelors degree in International Business from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) and has a Masters in Real Estate with Finance specialization from Georgetown Unversity in Washington, DC.

Fernando Rocha has 30 years of experience in the domestic and international hotel industry, he has ample experience in the integration of hotel projects. These projects include leading worldwide and domestic brands such as Marriott, IHG, Hilton, Starwood, Wyndham, and Grupo Posadas.
He is Chief Development Officer at Fibra Inn, the leading hotel REIT in Mexico, with 40 hotels opened and 4 under development in its portfolio. He leads the execution of the Fibra Inn Hotel Factory, a breakthrough model for hotel development in Mexico based on joint venture agreements with institutional investors for the successful funding of luxury-segment hotels.

Mr. Macelo Zambrano Lozano is a real estate developments entrepreneur for Carza S.A. de C.V., as well as in theme parks on Sesame Street, S.A. de C.V. He is a member of the board for companies such as Cemex, Banregio and Propasa; National Counselor of Telmex; Counselor of Tecnologico de Monterrey Real Estate; General Counselor of the UDEM and Chairman of the Advisory Board of CANADEVI, Nuevo León.

Mr. Aliaga was formerly at Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V. since 2006 as the Institutional Relations Officer reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and was in charge of one of the seven Executive Offices of the company. He coordinated Investor Relations activities, Public Relations, Finance and developed the GAP Foundation, among other activities. He promoted the company in various conferences and roadshow since the company's initial public offering in the Mexican Stock. Mr. Aliaga was Manager of Corporate Finance and Portfolio Management at Grupo Costamex, carrying out receivables and management of a private fund and also participated in the acquisition of a number of hotel properties. He was the Investor Relations Manager at Industrias Bachoco, S.A.B. de C.V. and Director of Corporate Banking, Analysis and Risk Management in Grupo Financiero del Sureste.
Mr. Aliaga has an Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad del Nuevo Mundo and has a Master's in International Business Administration degree from the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, Spain.

Miguel Rodríguez is Human Resources Director at Fibra Inn since October 2017. He has more than 18 years of experience in the strategic management of human resources. From 2001 and 2017 he performed several positions at Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacifico, among others, Manager of Human Resources, responsable for 1,000 employees.

Mr. Héctor Median Aguiar is an independent member of our technical committee. From 1996 to 2010, he worked as Executive Vice-President of the Finance and Legal Department for Cementos Mexicanos, or CEMEX. Prior to his work with CEMEX, Mr. Median worked at Grupo ALFA. He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Universidad Regiomontana from 2006 until May 2012 and serves as an independent member of the Board of Directors of Banco Ahorro Famsa, AXTEL, and Grupo Cementos de Chihuahua. In addition, he serves also as independent director of a number of private companies.

Mr. Joel Zorrilla Vargas is co-founder and Vice President of Corporate Strategy of Fibra Inn, of the Advizor as well as of our Hotel Manager. He has more than 27 years of experience in the hotel industry and as our Chief Operating Officer, will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our hotel properties.
Under his management, the Hampton Inn properties have been consistently recognized for their excellence and have received several awards, including Promus International Hotel of The Year. Mr. Joel Zorrilla Vargas holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Systems from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Columbia University in New York City. Mr. Joel Zorrilla Vargas is the president and co-founder of the Monterrey Chapter of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization and a member of the Executive Committees of the Convention and Visitors Bureaus of Monterrey, Saltillo, Torreón, and Ciudad Juárez.
He also is the past President of the IHG Owners Association for the Mexico Region, having served as President from 2011-2012, and was a member of the IHG Owner's Association Global Board from 2011 to 2012.

Mr. Rafael Gómez Eng is an independent member of our technical committee. He is the Managing Partner of Growth & Profit Consulting, a firm dedicated to the transformation of small and medium business and family businesses.
Before his retirement as a partner, he worked with KPMG for 35 years in various capacities, including as Director of the northeast region, Executive Committee member and National Director of Marketing. He is a director of several private companies and is a member of the audit committee of several regulated companies. Mr. Gómez is a former President of Colegio de Contadores Públicos de Guadalajara and of the Comisión de Principios de Contabilidad del Instituto Mexicano de Contadores Públicos, or IMCP. He was also representative of the IMCP to the International Accounting Standards Committee.
Additionally, he is a former President of the Instituto Mexicano de Ejecutivos de Finanzas, or IMEF, Grupo Monterrey and currently chairs the Corporate Governance Committee there.

At Cardano UK he was Co-Head of Equity Strategies. He collaborated at Atlas Capital Group as Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of Research and Private Client Advisor. Mr. Pinson has a degree in Business Administration with a Finance concentration from Universidad Iberoamericana and a Master of Business Administration with an investment management concentration from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Mr. Víctor Zorrilla Vargas is Chairman of Fibra Inn, the Advisor as well as of the Hotel Manager. Mr. Víctor Zorrilla Vargas co-founded Hoteles Prisma in 2002 and has more than 30 years of experience acquiring, developing and raising capital to fund real estate projects in the hotel sector.
He has led Hoteles Prisma in the development and operation of select services hotels in Mexico. Mr. Víctor Zorrilla Vargas holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
He is the former chairman of COPARMEX in the State of Nuevo León and former member of its National Executive Committee. COPARMEX is one of the largest and most prominent business organizations in Mexico, representing the country's leading companies. Mr. Víctor Zorrilla Vargas is also a member of the Board of Directors of Asociación de Hoteles of Nuevo León and past Vice President of the Monterrey Chamber of Commerce.
