This Fredericksburg native attended college in Missouri after graduating from Fredericksburg High School, but returned to be closer to her family here in the Texas Hill Country. After growing up surrounded by people in the medical field, she worked at HCMH until she joined our team in 2012. In her own words, "I am proud to be a part of this team, and I am happy and eager to help them, help others."
Carlie enjoys working, traveling, hunting and fishing on their ranch in her free time.

Casie is a 2005 graduate of the dental hygiene program at Amarillo College where she was active as class president for 2 years. She and her husband, Kyle, were born and raised in Fredericksburg, Texas and have returned home with their two daughters. They are excited about their homecoming and providing their children with the same positive small town atmosphere and family support they grew up with.
Casie joined our team in March 2014 and her goal is for a lifetime of dental health and happy smiles for all of her patients.
Christie Mohr joined our dental family in 2018. She currently works as both an Administrative Assistant as well as helping out with patient flow and sterilization. She enjoys working around the people she has grown up with and loves to see patients smile.
She is a native of Fredericksburg and graduated Fredericksburg High School in 1995. In 2002, she married her best friend and rock, Greg Mohr and has 2 handsome sons, Stran-14 and Kress-9. She and her family and very involved in 4H, showing steers and are ardent supporters of all Battlin' Billies sports.
Christie enjoys hanging out with friends and family, going to any sporting events, watching her boys play baseball and Greg referee football and basketball games!

Cindy is a Fredericksburg native. She got her start working for Dr. Schmidt the summer of 1994, and continued her career in San Marcos from 1995 until rejoining the Fredericksburg Dentistry family in October of 2016, coming full circle.
Her goal is to give patients the best dental experience possible.
Cindy enjoys spending quality time with her nieces and nephews and helping on the family farm and ranch

Courtney Cunyus joined out dental family as a registered dental assistant in April 2019. She is from Corpus Christi but moved to Mason and graduated from Mason High School in 2017. She along with her fiancée, Jay Martinez, have a 2 year old son, Cameron.
She loves working with everyone. She especially enjoys working with children and has a special gift to make them feel at home and comfortable in a dental chair. She loves everything about music and enjoys spending time with her son and family.
Betty has been working in the dental industry since 1999. She currently works as our Administrative Assistant and Scheduling Coordinator.
Debbie has been in the dental field since 2001 and joined our team as a dental assistant in 2008. In the fall of 2012 she moved to the front as our financial co-ordinator. Debbie enjoys being able to help people each and every day and has been an asset to our team being able to assist with insurance and financial planning.
Debbie and her husband, Mark, have four children: Ethan and his wife Marty of Rosenbery and their sons, Samuel and Jackson; Chris in Weatherford; Hughston in Austin and Meagan who is currently a Freshman at Fredericksburg High School.
She enjoys spending time with family and friends and volunteering at the Fredericksburg schools.
Dr. Gretchen Lochte was born and raised in Fredericksburg, TX. She received a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and a minor in chemistry and biology from Texas Tech University and a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Texas A&M College of Dentistry. Upon graduation, Dr. Lochte received an excellence award in the area of Service & Leadership from Texas A&M College of Dentistry. Dr. Lochte is excited to join the dental practice she grew up going to and the opportunity to work alongside a mentor, Dr. Lindsay, who initially inspired her passion to purse dentistry.
Dr. Lochte's professional memberships include the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association and the Heart of Texas District Dental Society. Dr. Lochte and her fiancé, Trent Smith are excited to get married in February. They are looking forward to getting involved in the community.
Dr. Lindsay joined the Fredericksburg Dentistry family in 2008. He received a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and an MS in Chemical Engineering from The California Institute of Technology. He then attended the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where he earned his DDS degree. Dr. Lindsay graduated valedictorian of his class and received awards in clinical dentistry, general dentistry, esthetic dentistry, endodontics, oral pathology, and implantology. Dr. Lindsay received additional training at the Dental Emergency Clinic at the University of Texas Health Science Center. In addition, he has over 300 hours of continuing education in the field of dental implants.
Dr. Lindsay holds membership with the following dental organizations: American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Heart of Texas District Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, American Association of Endodontists, Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity, and Omicron Kappa Upsilon Fraternity.
Dr. Lindsay and his wife, Amy, have been married over 20 years and have two children. They are all active members in the Fredericksburg community.

Maren recently joined Fredericksburg Dentistry. She relocated from the Wasatch mountains where she practiced Dental Hygiene for the past 9 years in private practice, public health, and education. She graduated from Salt Lake Community College in 2007 where she later returned as a clinical instructor. Raised in the Rocky Mountains Maren enjoys all things outdoors. She is an avid runner, cyclist, swimmer and enjoys cross country skiing. She also values American history and is proud to be an American! She hopes to pass on her love of education to her three children, Whitney, Nickolas, and Leah.

Melissa joined the Fredericskburg Dentistry team in 2009 after returning to the Hill Country. After working almost ten years as a dental assistant she pursued a long time goal of being a dental hygienist. Graduating with highest honors from the Tarrant County College Dental Hygiene program in 2008, Melissa strives to provide the highest quality in dental hygiene care. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, the outdoors, movies, but mostly being a mom to her two children, Kambree and Kanyon.

Sandra is a Gillespie county native that has been with our practice since 1979. "Dentistry has changed a tremendous amount since I started dental hygiene. I continue to enjoy helping people with their dental health and also getting to know them." She and her husband, Kenny, have 2 kids, Scott and Katy and 4 grand kids. Scott and Emily Striegler live in San Antonio with daughter, Skyler and son, Grayson. Matthew and Katy Petri live in Bedias, Texas with daughters, Kamdyn and Kollyns. She loves spending time with her grand kids, sewing, and making jewelry
Dr. Schmidt received a BA in Zoology at The University of Texas at Austin and a DDS at the UT Health Science Center in Houston. He then completed a two year mini residency in general dentistry with the U.S. Air Force. The program included additional training in prosthodontics, oral surgery, endodontics, and periodontics. Dr. Schmidt also served as an associate professor in restorative dentistry at the University of Texas Health Science Center. Dr. Schmidt opened his private practice in 1975, and he has been serving the Fredericksburg, Mason, Kerrville, and surrounding areas with comprehensive dental care ever since.
Dr. Schmidt's professional memberships include the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the Heart of Texas District Dental Society.
Dr. Schmidt and his wife Linda have been married for 40 years. Our entire team enjoys the close-knit work atmosphere that Dr. Schmidt and Linda have created.

Tyler Debish joined our dental family as a registered dental assistant in April 2019. She was born and raised in South Austin and spent 2 ½ years in the Army-68E Airborne as a dental specialist.
In 2017, she moved to Fredericksburg, Texas after going on an ACTS Retreat which she fell in love with the sense of community and fellowship here.
She loves being any type of water (lake, river & beach) and especially likes to spend time with family. She also enjoys hunting, fishing and sitting outside on any Texas night listening to Texas Country Music.
