BRUCE WOOD

Bruce Wood is the Chief Mechanic Operator and a member of the GloXp Logistics Executive Leadership Team, He is responsible for all operations and maintenance that has to do with any and all engineering equipment throughout the entire ship, and supervises all other engineering officer and engine ratings within the department. He was appointed to his current role in 2017 after having served as Chief Mechanic Operator since 2016. Bruce has been a driving force behind GloXp Logistics's adoption of advanced analytics, moving the company from descriptive analytics and reliance on historical data to predictive analytics with customer and operational data as the foundation. Bruce has also supported the development and deployment of several customer-facing solutions like the GloXp Logistics Access Point™️ Network technology, the application of artificial intelligence in customer service, and mobility. Through efforts like these, Bruce has secured several patents that protect GloXp Logistics intellectual property. Bruce holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering and an MS in Computer and Manufacturing Engineering, from the University of Southern California. He is a senior member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers and the American Society for Quality and holds several professional certificates in project management, business administration, and IT management. He also serves as a program evaluator for the Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology (ABET) and was a lecturer at USC for seven years where he taught courses in engineering economy, quality control, industrial engineering, and operations management.

GEORGE QUICK - CEO

Mr. GEORGE-QUICK is primarily accountable for ensuring our strategic objectives are met, as well as our responsibility to operating activities, risk management, and financial performance. has a wealth of experience from almost two decades in the global shipping industry. In 2014, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Topaz Energy & Marine, a position he held until the company's successful divestment in 2018. He stepped down after completing the integration process in 2019, having successfully navigated the business through an unprecedented oil & gas environment, while transforming the company into a global leader. Earlier in his career, he worked for the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group where he held a variety of executive positions in numerous countries including Chief Executive Officer of SVITZER, Asia, Middle East, and Africa. George graduated from the University of Southern Denmark and holds an Advanced Management Program Diploma from Harvard Business School. George sits on the Board of BW Offshore as an Independent Non-Executive Board Director.

Jeremy Contreras

Jeremy Contreras serves as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for GloXp Logistics. Prior to joining GloXp Logistics, Jeremy was the CHRO at DuPont. In addition to leading DuPont's H.R. functions and activities, Jeremy was integral in helping shape the company's culture, with a focus on talent to increase customer and shareholder value. He achieved similar results in previous roles with Xerox, Advanced Micro Devices, Shell, and Honeywell in his 25-year career. Elected to the Executive Leadership Council (ELC) and recognized by several professional organizations and magazines as one of the Most Influential Executives globally, Jeremy earned his bachelor's and Juris Doctor degrees from Rutgers University.

MARGARET BUTLER - COO

Marry Cooper - CFO

Marry Cooper is Chief Accountant and Solutions Officer. In this role she is responsible for overseeing the accounting department, developing financial strategies, making investment decisions, helping company leadership with strategic planning, and making sure the company complies with state and federal financial regulations. Kate also oversees GloXp Logistics Global Healthcare. Under her direction, GloXp Logistics sales and solutions professionals are focused on deepening customer relationships by providing high-impact, value-rich solutions, enabling customers to better compete in the global marketplace. Marry serves as a Board member for Brown-Forman Corporation and is also on the Audit Committee. Marry has participated in the World Economic Forum for many years and is on the Board of Stewards for Trade Technology. Marry is also co-founder of the GloXp Logistics Reading Clubs at the Boys & Girls Club of Metro Atlanta. A native of Troy, New York, Marry began her GloXp Logistics career in 1991 as a marketing intern while earning her bachelor's degree in marketing from Siena College.

REBECCA JACOBS

Rebecca has responsibility for all of GloXp Logistics's activities in the U.S., including growing the company's solutions, services, and support revenues. She's focused on driving transformation with GloXp Logistics's largest sales subsidiary, leading a 7,000-person field team. Prior to GloXp Logistics, she held senior positions with GE, Oracle, Red Hat, US Bancorp Investments, and Deloitte Consulting. Rebecca is on the GloXp Logistics Board of Director's Risk Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. She earned her bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Lehigh University and her MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
