GLX Constructors is a fully integrated construction joint venture comprising Fluor Enterprises, Inc. (Fluor), The Middlesex Corporation (Middlesex), Herzog Contracting Corp. (Herzog), and Balfour Beatty Infrastructure, Inc. (Balfour Beatty), in association with our lead designer, STV Incorporated (STV).
