Professional with over 25 years of experience in the areas of inspection and control and current Fiscal Council member and member of the Statutory Audit Committee of several organizations. As Director, he restructured or implemented the areas of Internal Audit, Internal Control, Risk Management and Compliance in multinationals. He has experience in implementing Audit Committees in privately held, publicly traded, state-owned, private and B3 listed companies. Member of Statutory Audit Committee in retail, financial, technology, logistics, research and education companies. Ms. Carla holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Estadual Paulista - UNESP and in Accounting from Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais - PUC Minas. He worked in an independent audit at Arthur Andersen, Deloitte and EY between 1996 and 2010 and was an internal audit manager at Confab, a publicly-held Brazilian company controlled by the Italian-Argentine group Techint/Tenaris. She was a partner at Hirashima & Associados, where she led accounting and financial consulting services in corporate reorganizations and acted as a consultant at the Accounting, Actuarial and Financial Research Foundation - FIPECAFI. From July 2014 to August 2017, he held the position of controller in electricity generation companies. He was chairman of the Audit Committee of Caixa Econômica Federal and is currently a member of the board of directors of BRB - Banco de Brasília and of fiscal councils and audit committees of publicly-held and privately-held companies.

Ms. Clarissa works as a clinical oncologist at the Bahia Oncology Center (NOB), a company controlled by the Company. Mr. Cristiano Camargo has more than 20 years of experience in investment banking and private equity, including 14 years at Goldman Sachs, where he was most recently a Managing Director in their private equity arm overseeing growth and corporate equity investments in Brazil and Latin America. He was previously a board member of Oncoclínicas from 2015 to 2021, during which time he led or was involved in its capital raising activities, in addition to helping with the Company's strategic planning and business development activities. Mr. Camargo left Goldman Sachs and joined Oncoclinicas as a senior executive responsible for the Company's Strategy and Investor Relations in November 2021. He currently holds the positions of Financial, Strategy and Investor Relations Officer.

Eric P. Winer is a medical oncologist and clinical researcher specializing in breast cancer. He currently holds the position of Director of the Yale Cancer Center and Chief Physician at Smilow Cancer Hospital at Yale New Haven. From 1997 to 2021, she was Head of the Breast Oncology Program at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, Massachusetts. As of 2013, he has held various institutional roles at Dana-Farber, most recently as Head of Clinical Development. He was the Thompson Chair in Breast Cancer Research and Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. He is currently the president-elect of the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
