Adam joined Hart Shaw in 2011 within our Business Services team, and has continued to work with a variety of clients, providing business advice, accounts preparation, audit and tax services. Adam's main focus is on audit services, working with a range of industries including retail, manufacturing and UK distribution arms of overseas multinationals. His main focus is on client service, always going the extra mile to surpass the level of support and expertise that clients have previously experienced elsewhere.

Hannah's focus is on client service; her aim is to work alongside you in a friendly and approachable manner, to help you work towards your goals and aspirations; providing you with business advice, accounts preparation, audit and tax services. Hannah's portfolio of Clients spans a variety of Industries & Individuals. Over recent years, Hannah has grown, and continues to grow our Academy School Client base.
Hannah started her Accountancy career at Hart Shaw in 2007 and became a Partner in 2018.
Hannah is a member of the ICAEW.
With over 30 years' experience supporting businesses across the market sectors such as engineering, manufacturing, wholesale, academy schools and investment property, Martin provides business owners with practical, bespoke business advice.
Specialising in VAT and Outsourcing, he works side-by-side with clients to understand their business needs inside-out in order to provide effective, pro-active support; complementing their own individual ambitions.

Natalie works closely with clients to help realise their corporate and personal goals; providing business advisory along with accounts, audit and tax services for clients from various backgrounds including recruitment, mechanical and electrical, engineering, architectural design and data and IT.
Natalie started her career with Hart Shaw in 2004 in our Business Services Department. Following qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Natalie spent some time within our Corporate Finance Department predominantly on business disposals, acquisitions and forecasting and then as part of the Specialist Tax Planning team dealing with business valuations, EMI schemes and other tax advisory work before returning to our Business Services Department and ultimately joining the Partnership in 2016.
Natalie is a fellow of the ICAEW.
Patrick has over 20 years Corporate Finance experience and specialises in advising privately owned businesses from SME to larger Corporates on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs, management buy-ins, cash-outs and raising debt and equity finance.
He has significant experience of undertaking due diligence assignments for banks, private equity houses and corporates, as well as cross border transactions in Europe, America and Australia.
Having previously worked in private equity and industry he has knowledge of all sides of the corporate finance market in particular in the metals, engineering and manufacturing sectors.
Previously having had over 12 years' experience as a business adviser and auditor during the 1990's, since 2000 Steve has specialised in tax. He acts for SME's on business, corporate, personal, capital gains and inheritance tax matters; working on behalf of companies, directors, owners and shareholders. Having trained with a national firm of accountants he has spent a large portion of his career working with regional firms and specialising predominantly in tax services. Steve works with individuals and businesses spanning a number of sectors on direct tax planning, dealing with, and defending, personal and corporate clients during HMRC investigations, as well as managing dispute resolution tax work, including during divorce cases. He has been appointed by the court as an expert witness in tax matters; is a member of the Tax Faculty, as well as the Valuation and Forensic Special Interest Groups of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
