Alice graduated with an LLB (Hons) Law with Business degree in 2021. Subsequently, she completed the combined LLM Legal Practice Course in 2022. She joined Healys LLP after working at a West End law firm in August 2023.
Alice has experience in a variety of commercial property transactions, including the sale and acquisition of both freeholds and leaseholds, assignments, and licences. Alice has a strong focus in real estate finance, offering assistance across all stages of transactions involving secured lending. Alice caters to a diverse clientele, ranging from landlords to tenants, and from borrowers to lenders.

Allison joined Healys in February 2015 as partner and part of the Employment team. She represents employers and employees across all sectors, specialising in HR, recruitment and employment law for care homes.
Working closely with the National Care Association, Allison gives regular talks, advises members on employment issues and provides training to care home providers. She prides herself on giving proactive advice, tailored to meet clients' specific needs, which help form positive working environments.
Over the years, Allison has advised senior figures at FTSE 100 organisations, financial service businesses and high profile banks, specialising in exit procedures, high priority employment issues and dispute resolution.

Amit is a member of the residential property department. He joined Healys in 2014 and qualified as a licensed conveyancer in 2018.
With nearly 15 years of experience working in property, Amit deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, deeds of variation, the drafting of new leases and freehold land transactions.
Amit prides himself on delivering a service to clients which allows them to feel assured during the course of the transaction that their needs and best interests are being taken care of.

Andrew is an employment law specialist with 24 years' experience, providing advice and guidance on all aspects of the employment relationship. He has a particular interest in corporate restructures, the outsourcing of contracts and associated issues, including the practical aspects of redundancies and the TUPE Regulations.
He advises employers operating in a range of business sectors. In addition, Andrew has particular experience in dealing with data protection issues, such as subject access requests and data breaches.
For many years, a significant part of Andrew's practice has also involved advising senior executives on moving on from existing roles, negotiating severance agreements, examining post-termination restrictions and reviewing the terms of proposed new employment.
He also regularly acts in the Employment Tribunal, speaks at seminars/webinars and provides in-house training.

Andrew joined Healy's in 2016 and has 20 years' experience with Internet and Digital legal issues and acts for clients in the IT, IP, Internet and Digital Media industries.

Andrew is author of 7 books on commercial Internet law and is winner of the national Lawyer Awards for Best Use of Multimedia in the Law.

Atiya is a Conveyancing Executive in the Real Estate department, and assists with all aspects of residential conveyancing. Having obtained a masters in law in the Netherlands, she completed her Graduate Diploma in Law and joined Healys in 2023.
Aurela's work covers all areas of private client law including will drafting, estate planning, estate administration, trust administration, Court of Protection matters, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship applications.
Aurela provides bespoke advice to clients dealing with their estate planning needs, including succession planning and tax mitigation and advises both domestic and international clients. During her career, Aurela has acted for many elderly and vulnerable clients and assisted them with their life planning needs.
Her Court of Protection work covers all elements of assisting clients to manage their property and financial affairs as well as health and welfare matters.
Aurela's experience spans working with diverse clients. She possesses great interpersonal skills and soft skills. Aurela has a very good reputation and adopts a sensitive and caring approach.
Aurela qualified as a lawyer in August 2021 and practised in Central London before joining Healys' London Office in September 2022. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Aurela worked as a private client advisor for 4 years.

Cara joined Healys in 2023 having qualified as a solicitor in 2015. After gaining LLB Honours (First) from Lancaster University, she completed her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law.
Cara has worked and trained in London, Manchester and the Caribbean and has wide ranging experience in corporate & banking transactions including private M&A, public offerings, corporate restructurings and corporate governance. She also has considerable experience in fund finance, acquisition/leveraged finance, real estate finance (both development and investment), refinancing and general corporate financing, and acting for financial institutions, sponsors and major corporates, frequently with a cross-border element.

Charlie has 10 years' experience in Dispute Resolution.
Charlie acts for lenders in mortgage possession claims, together with other landlord and tenant/property matters, and assists the Head of Department on professional negligence and commercial litigation claims.
In conjunction with her full time role at Healys she is currently studying with CILEX Law School to complete the final academic stage towards qualification as a Chartered Level Executive, the Level 6 Professional Diploma in Law and Practice.
Charlie is also a qualified legal secretary and provides practical support to the Head of Department, as well as research, drafting documents and preparing bundles.
Outside of work and study Charlie is an avid supporter of animal rescue charities and is currently training her newest rescue dog.

Chris joined Healys in 2016, having re-located from the North West of England after graduating with his degree in Law from the University of Liverpool.
Chris is now an accomplished Conveyancing Executive in the London Real Estate team and deals with all manner of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity for both freehold and leasehold properties.
Chris is known for his approachable, and client-focussed manner; always going over and above to ensure that transactions progress as smoothly and efficiently as possible for his clients.
Christopher has significant experience in providing advice relating to injunctions, serving proceedings against Defendants who reside out of jurisdiction, boundary disputes, easement and covenant disputes, right of way disputes, Landlord and Tenant issues for both residential and commercial properties, along with personal and commercial debt recovery.
An extremely competent litigator who consistently acts for clients in the High Court, County Court and the First Tier Land Tribunals. He provides down to earth pragmatic advice, whilst maintaining a commercial awareness when resolving disputes. He was recently described by a client as taking them 'from depression to optimism'.
Although junior in qualified years, Christopher has experience far beyond these. Of particular note was his recent case, McGee v Cave [2023] EWHC 2718 (Ch), which has been reported as an important authority for parties seeking interim mandatory injunctive relief.

Claudio Vinci is an Avvocato-Italian qualified solicitor, and offers legal services in the fields of administrative law, corporate law, labour law and contracts.

Clive joined Healys in January 2016 and brings over 30 years of experience. Originally trained at Olswang, Clive has held a number of positions in multiple law firms including being a managing partner on separate occasions. He became a consultant in 2010.
Clive commenced a career acting for a Canadian Bank lending into the domestic and commercial property market. He then progressed to dealing with all forms of commercial property, in particular for the largest university in the UK with an extensive estate in Central London.
Clive also expanded his expertise into the wider university market and over 15 years built a specialist Education law team catering for all the legal needs of the higher education sector. Recruited to bring his commercial and education clients to a new firm, where he focused his work on company and commercial matters.
When he became a consultant in 2010, Clive continued to work with his portfolio of long term clients and took up several posts as General Counsel.
Clive works closely with the community by being parish counsellor, school governor, director of a London regional health authority, as well as a director of several companies. Clive also has a lifelong classic car addiction owning some 70 cars to date.

David qualified in 1991 and was a partner in Sprecher Grier Halberstam now Shakespeare Martineau before joining Healys in 2016.

He is directly involved in cases, being passionate about developing practical, commercial solutions.

Delwar qualified as a solicitor in March 2019 having obtained a distinction in the Legal Practice Course joint with a Masters. Delwar joined Healys LLP in November 2021, before which he worked as a litigation solicitor for a boutique London West End law firm.
Delwar has extensive experience and specialises in commercial litigation matters ranging from complex commercial and contractual disputes to debt recovery claims. He is regularly instructed by companies and individuals to act on cases in the High Court of Justice but also deals with cases in the County Court.
Delwar also deals with a variety of landlord and tenant and real property disputes including: acting for landlords on possession claims, advising landlords and tenants on service charge disputes, advising landlords and tenants on breach of covenant claims, tenancy deposit disputes, dilapidations disputes and property ownership disputes. He has dealt with claims in the High Court Business and Property Courts, County Court and First Tier Tribunal.
In addition, Delwar is a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers' Association, and advises clients on professional negligence claims against professionals including claims against architects, solicitors, surveyors and estate agents.

Demi had been working as a fee earner in the Property Litigation department at Healys LLP from February 2022 to January 2023. She managed her own caseload and dealt with a variety of matters including: residential lease extensions, statutory lease extensions, licence for alterations, Collective Enfranchisement claims, Freehold acquisitions and Lease reviews. She works closely with her clients to provide an efficient and professional service.

Dino has over 30 years' experience in Personal Injury and Accident Law.

Having qualified as a solicitor in 1992, Gary has worked as an in-house solicitor and as Head of Legal for a busy PLC. Prior to joining Healys he was a Partner and Head of the Commercial & Specialist Property Division at McMillan Williams Solicitors.
Combining specialist expertise with practical solutions, Gary advises on all aspects of commercial property and property finance with particular interest in structuring financing to provide maximum security for major banks and other leading property lenders, on a senior and mezzanine basis. He has considerable experience in business sales and purchases, new leases, assignments and surrenders, option agreements, refinancing existing lending / restructuring, legal charges, debentures, deeds of priority and releases, personal guarantees, company guarantees, cross-company guarantees, inter-creditor agreements and loan subordinations and postponements.
As an excellent communicator known for developing business, Gary not only provides clear, practical and commercial advice, but also builds relationships and networks people together.
Georgia is a paralegal in the Dispute Resolution department and joined Healys in 2022. She assists in various aspects of dispute resolution including commercial litigation, professional negligence, media & intellectual property disputes.
After completing her Law Degree with the University of Portsmouth in 2019 she worked as a fee earner within the legal sector. She has experience of advocating in the county court as well as conducting research, drafting documents and preparing bundles.
