Andrew Knorpel

Christopher Clue

He then progressed to dealing with all forms of commercial property, in particular for the largest university in the UK with an extensive estate in Central London. Demi joined Healys in 2022 after graduating with a first class Law degree from BPP University in 2020. Demi had been working as a fee earner in the Property Litigation department at Healys LLP from February 2022 to January 2023. She managed her own caseload and dealt with a variety of matters including: residential lease extensions, statutory lease extensions, licence for alterations, Collective Enfranchisement claims, Freehold acquisitions and Lease reviews.
