Alexis is our office's go-to person. She ensures that our teams that are spread out over different cities and countries work together as a cohesive unit so we can deliver best-in-class experience to our clients. She coordinates between our clients and the paralegal department to ensure that correspondence with clients is timely and efficient. She also spends a lot of time researching and organizing the gazillion and one topics that Attorney Gupta wants to incorporate into the practice so, for us, our clients always come first. She evaluates different products and vendors to ensure that Immigration Desk stays at the forefront of legal technologies, that our services are optimized, and that the office is always running smoothly, our services are seamless and our clients get the extraordinary service that we are known for. Alexis has a BA in History, a Certificate in Paralegal Studies and has over 10 years of experience in Media Management, Paralegal Services and Office Management.

Ian Meyer is a Senior Associate Attorney at Immigration Desk who provides extensive legal services in corporate and business immigration. He cut his teeth in immigration working for one of the largest immigration law firms in the US, as a contract immigration attorney, then went on to obtain experience in business and contract law at a downtown Boston law firm before joining Immigration Desk. This grounding in both Immigration as well as Business law has helped Attorney Meyer understand the reality of our corporate clients' day to day needs for highly qualified workers and has let to very effective representation and advocacy before the Department of Labor as well as before the US Immigration Service. At Immigration Desk, Ian helps clients file non-immigrant visa petitions, including H-1B, L-1A and O-1s. He routinely assists clients with all aspects of the PERM labor certification process, National Interest Waiver and Extraordinary Individual permanent residency petitions. Attorney Ian Meyer obtained his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and has over 5 years of experience in immigration and business law. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Attorney Sarb Farmaha comes from a tradition of service to the immigrant community. He grew up volunteering and then working at his father's flourishing Canadian immigration practice in Toronto, Canada. After law school, he started his own practice, focusing solely on Canadian Immigration law. Attorney Sarb Farmaha graduated with both his Bachelor's degree and his J.D. from the Western University in Canada and is a member of several legal and immigrant associations including the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations, the Refugee & Immigration Lawyers Network and Canadian Immigration Lawyers Association.
