David Alexander

David initially joined the firm as our in-house courier, but due to changes brought on by the pandemic, he became involved in other administrative tasks. He also continues his previous role as in-house courier.

David Hamilton

Job Titles:
  • Director
David has years of experience in Law Accountancy and is an active member of both the Society of Law Accountants in Scotland (SOLAS) and the Association of Independent Law Accountants (AILA). He mainly practices in Judicial Accounting and regularly attends in the local sheriff courts and Court of Session for diets of taxation.

Jade Blair

Job Titles:
  • Law Accountant
Jade has been with the firm since 2019 and successfully completed her training despite the challenges of the pandemic. She now plays an important role within our law accountancy team spreading her time between judicial and private client work.

Joyce Gordon

Job Titles:
  • Cashier
Joyce is the firm's cashier and after providing assistance to Stewart for many years, decided to join Hamilton Mullan when the business first started in 2017.

Kirsty McGhie

Job Titles:
  • Head of Administration
Kirsty joined us in 2017 after spending many years working for a large multi-national company. She now oversees the efficient running of our office administration processes and provides support to our law accountants.

Nicole Morgan

Job Titles:
  • Law Accountant
Nicole started her law accountancy career with us as a trainee and completed our training program in 2019. She now works with a mixed caseload of judicial and private client instructions. She plays an important role within the law accountancy team and also assists with our law accountancy training program.

Stewart Mullan

Job Titles:
  • Director
Stewart is one of the most experienced law accountants in Scotland and regularly undertakes work in all areas of law accountancy practice. Over the years he has been involved in many committees and contributed to a number of the changes and new rules which have been introduced relating to recoverable expenses in the Judicial system.
