Meet Rachel Dixon, a seasoned HR professional with over twenty-two years of experience in Human Resources Management. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Rachel brings a wealth of expertise to the table, particularly in the areas of organisational restructure, employee relations, reward management, employment law, and performance management. Her unique strength lies in her understanding of the tech and Managed Services Provider (MSP) sectors, thanks to her long tenure at Intechnology and Redcentric.
