Fiona Monahan - CEO

Fiona is an Occupational Therapist with over 25 years' experience in the delivery of client services, clinical governance and service delivery oversight. Fiona joined APM 19 years ago and has played a pivotal role in its growth, diversification and continual evolution. Fiona is currently the CEO of Ingeus UK, part of the APM Group, following relocation to the UK with her family in October 2019. Prior to this Fiona was CEO of APM's Health and Communities division, in Australia, delivering a range of Allied Health, Aged Care and Disability Assessment, Vocational Rehabilitation and Mental Health Services. Fiona is passionate about high quality service delivery, inclusion and enabling better lives.

Gregori Cascante

Starting his career in public service, Gregori founded Daleph SA in 1993, of which he is a partner and CEO. Daleph is a consultancy firm, specialising in the provision of advisory services to the public sector. It is a leader in Spain in terms of employment, entrepreneurship, regional development and organisational improvement. Gregori's professional activity has always been linked to the search for efficient and innovative solutions to social problems. Gregori is a Director of Abantia Coorfre, Anapphylaxis and member of the advisory board of Triodos Bank in Spain. He has taught at the University Pompeu Fabra and Ramon Llull Gregori.

Jay Han

Jay was appointed the CEO of Ingeus Korea in June 2008 and CEO of Ingeus Singapore in December 2016. He has more than 20 years experience in employment support and outplacement services and management consulting, and is widely recognised for introducing outplacement services to the Korean market in his previous role as Operations Director-Asia Pacific for DBM, one of the largest career transition companies in the world. In former roles, Jay has been responsible for executive roles for the management of quality, commercial risk and knowledge, pricing and bid management, business modeling and new product/service development, and process re-engineering and change management. He was a member of the Government task force team for Development of Employment Services from 2008 to 2011.

Lindsay Mann

Lindsay is responsible for the Strategy and Business Development division within Ingeus, growing our services and building an innovative and effective proposition for our customers to help more people change their lives. Lindsay has wide-ranging international experience as a senior executive leading business development, bid teams and commercial growth. She has over 20 years of experience including the last 13 years in the private sector delivering public services working in welfare-to-work, health care and other major government sectors.

Marc Hanke - CEO

Marc is responsible for leading the German operation and driving business growth and diversification in Germany. Having joined Ingeus at the start of our German delivery in May 2006 as an advisor in Nuremberg, Marc quickly progressed to managing the Munich site when it opened in 2007. His strong leadership and commitment to the company's vision and values later saw him take on the role of Chief Operating Officer where he helped to set-up Ingeus's new operations in Switzerland. Since 2012, Marc has been the Chief Executive Officer for Ingeus Germany.

Shawn Brenner

Shawn has over 20 years of experience in Workforce Development and has held a variety of different positions within the organization ranging from a Case Manager to Operations Manager to CEO. She has organised and led over 30 new program start-ups across the United States and enjoys creating new programme design and materials. Her passion is working to help individuals increase their skill levels and achieve their goals in life. She believes action is the mark of a strong organization, and continually looks ahead toward future progress and success. This action has led to Ross earning recognition at the state and national level. Shawn is an advocate whose accessibility and willingness to go the extra mile for customers, employees and community partners has earned her respect in the workforce industry.She leads by example, expects excellence, and motivates everyone around her to leave a positive impact on those we serve. Shawn is a member of the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals and was also one of a select group of public policy contributors for the Coalition for Workforce Solutions in Washington, DC.

Tania Bennett

Tania Bennett leads the delivery of highly successful programs across Canada and supports WCG's teams to exceed the expectations of all stakeholders, including clients and communities receiving services. Tania is passionate about leadership, service, excellence and culture. She believes that work can be transformational, and loves to help others achieve their best lives through work. Tania is proud to work with high performance colleagues while leading life-changing employment programs for WCG. Tania joined WCG in 2000 and has carried forward a focus on diversifying services to a wider range of corporate clients, and strengthening relationships and partnerships. Prior to joining WCG, she worked for a Victoria employment agency delivering workshops on job search and life skills, and obtained a Journalism diploma in Edmonton and a BA in political science from UVic. Tania is currently completing her MBA with a specialty in Innovation Leadership.
