Darran has worked within the Financial Service Sector since 1996 having a wide range of experience gained from working with high street lenders and independent financial companies. Deciding to work for himself in 2005 with a view of offering a more bespoke personal service. He felt clients were looking for something different to what the more corporate institutions had on offer, who he felt were possibly more interested in targets and selling products than to a client's individual needs. Darran liaises with clients from the initial meeting and throughout the various stages of the advice process until the completion of their objectives and needs. Married to Nicola with two young sons Fin & Dan he is kept busy when not at work. As well as family time other interests include various sports such as road cycling and running whilst trying to get the work / life balance just right.

Ian was the compliance manager for one of the largest mortgage brokers and packagers in the South West where he successfully ran a team of independent advisors and looked after the financial requirements of his clients. Prior to this, he spent 12 years as a business development manager in the South West developing business links with insurance brokers and setting up bespoke insurance schemes. He is a keen photographer, which he combines with his love of travel, and he cycles regularly to keep fit.
