Andrew Beattie - Chief Strategy Officer

Andrew Beattie is a strategy and operations professional with over ten years of experience across a broad range of industries. Andrew leads a strategic analytics team at Infosec that measures and advises on sales and marketing performance, and also directs cross-functional operational projects to ensure go-to-market technologies and processes deliver value. Previously, Andrew was project leader at Boston Consulting Group where he worked in manufacturing operations and organization design consulting. Andrew spent his early career in operations roles at start-up companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University and a Master of Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Andrew and his husband spend their weekends running to keep up with their two-year-old child on a scooter.

Jack Koziol - CEO, Chairman, Founder

Jack holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. When he's not keeping the world safe by helping organizations educate their employees, he tries to get his three children to eat their breakfast and get to school on time.

Jason Swafford - CTO

Jason Swafford is a dynamic technology and business executive with over 20 years of experience leading high-growth technology and engineering teams. As the Chief Technology Officer at Infosec, Jason oversees the company's software engineering and product organization to accelerate platform innovation, execute Infosec's go-to-market strategy and deliver customer value. Before this role, Jason served as the Senior Vice President of Technology at Cengage Learning. Philosophically, he believes in authenticity, virtuosity, and teamwork. He thinks anything can be done when intentions are good and missions are aligned, so he works to empower everyone around him every day. Jason grew up in Dearborn, Michigan and has been passionate about education, business, and sports his entire life. Jason holds a Psychology degree from Central Michigan University.

Jim Chilton

Jim Chilton is a seasoned technology and business executive with an extensive background and deep expertise in technology optimization from technical product engineering to business systems management, process management, cybersecurity and customer support. As General Manager of Infosec, Jim leads a trusted cybersecurity education company that equips organizations and individuals with the skills and confidence to outsmart cybercrime. In addition to his role leading Infosec, Jim serves as EVP and Chief Information Officer for Cengage Group, which he joined in 2017. In this role, he is responsible for leading all internal business systems in addition to system infrastructure, cybersecurity and compliance, architecture and portfolio management. As part of his role, Jim led a comprehensive assessment and transformation of the Global Technology Solutions team - its culture, people, processes and technology - to develop best practices, improve operations and foster innovation that drive business growth.

John Haushalter - CFO

John Haushalter is CFO at Infosec, where he leads the company's finance, accounting, legal and human resources teams. Previously, John worked in a variety of roles at Shopbop, a subsidiary of Amazon.com. Most recently he was senior finance manager with additional responsibilities overseeing business intelligence and Shopbop's merchandising initiatives on Amazon. Prior to Shopbop, he was an equity research associate at Baird. John has a Master of Business Administration from Kellogg School of Business and an undergraduate degree from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Keatron Evans

Keatron Evans is a cybersecurity and workforce development expert with over 17 years of experience in penetration testing, incident response and information security management for federal agencies and Fortune 500 organizations. He is principal security researcher at Infosec Institute, where he empowers the human side of cybersecurity with cyber knowledge and skills to outsmart cybercrime. Keatron is an established researcher, instructor and speaker, as well as the lead author of the best selling book, Chained Exploits: Advanced Hacking Attacks from Start to Finish. He regularly speaks at major industry events like RSA and serves as a cybersecurity subject matter expert for major media outlets like CNN, Fox News, Information Security Magazine and more. Keatron holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems and dozens of cybersecurity certifications, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) and Licensed Penetration Tester (LTP). When not teaching, speaking or managing his incident response business, KM Cyber Security LLC, Keatron enjoys practicing various martial arts styles, playing piano and bass guitar, and spending time with his family.

Neil Etheridge

Paul Shain

Before CDW, Paul was CEO of Madison-based Berbee Information Networks Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CDW Corporation, acquired by CDW in October 2006. Scott Frederickson

Vince Formanek

Vince Formanek is a sales and client success leader with over 20 years of experience creating, growing and coaching teams. Previously, Vince oversaw sales teams at Getty Images that drove adoption of SaaS products and committed revenue. He joined Infosec in 2018, where he has since grown the client success team from two to nine personnel and increased customer retention rates from 68% to 91%. Vince holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Illinois. He lives in Madison where he spends his weekends as an amateur hockey and soccer coach for his three children.
