Annie is one of our Social Media Executives. Prior to her role at IR, she single-handedly (literally) ran the social media channels for a market-leading labelling software company, amongst a number of other marketing operations.

Outside work, you can probably find Annie at the gym (she loves a spin class), out on a walk with her family dog, Archie, or enjoying some good food with friends. She also enjoys learning about and visiting other countries & cultures and hopes to eventually experience many more of them.

In her spare time, Becca loves transforming her new build house with a DIY project, or you can find her tending to her gazillion house plants. She hopes to travel the globe whilst eating great food.

Prior to working in IR Charlotte worked for 16 years with children and adults with learning difficulties. In her role as Senior Client Manager, she works closely with fellow Client Managers to ensure all our member needs are met and they continually benefit from being part of the network.

Charlotte is a keen photographer and has been privileged enough to capture some of her friends most important moments at weddings and christenings but horses and all things equine remain her true passion. Charlotte enjoys horse riding, travelling with her husband and walking with their Border Collie (and IR office Dog), Skye.

Before IR Global, she worked in the communications team for a programme facilitating young people's international travels to work and study abroad, as well as organising events for local authorities.

I got to visit Barcelona for the IR Global annual conference within my first few months at the company and it's an experience I will never forget. Getting to see so many members in such a beautiful setting was definitely a highlight of my career so far."
Outside of work, Charly enjoys spending time with friends, going out for food and drinks, and falls in love with every dog she sees. She hopes to adopt her own dog soon and have them join the IR office dogs team.

Oliver has a strong background in sales, marketing and business management, working with existing IR members in developing and supporting their international marketing strategy. Holding a Bachelor's degree in international business and marketing, Oliver is well-versed in working with firms from various sectors and working cultures. Oliver provides support to members on a daily basis to ensure that results and expectations are delivered. He is also actively involved in the growth and development of IR, sourcing only the highest quality boutique and mid-sized firms.
Oliver's personal interests are predominately revolved around sports, mainly football, boxing, golf and tennis. However most of his spare time is taken up dog-walking and chasing after his puppy, Floyd. Aside from that, Oliver has a particular interest in film, music and tv quiz shows.

Rachel started at IR Global as a Client Manager in 2012. She left us to travel before re-joining in 2017 as our Head of Digital & Sponsorships. Rachel leads our Digital team and is here to manage the success of our marketing & brand services which are aimed at adding further value to our members, sponsors & partners.

Rachel is the only IR Global member to have a fear of dogs and flying. Both of which are requirements for her current role…. She is also a keen runner completing her first marathon in 2021 and regularly plays squash with her local team. You will rarely see her sitting down!
