Andrew Long

Andrew is an International Learning & Development specialist - but with strong Yorkshire roots. He has strong leadership & communication skills, learned in a varied career, which saw him manage a variety of teams (commercial, specialist & virtual) in the UK and overseas. His last corporate role saw him develop the Learning & Development strategy for the African arm of a global financial services group. Prior to that he enjoyed several Change Management roles at regional & national levels in the UK, and his skills in, and passion for the development of people has led him to facilitate in Africa, US, Europe & the Caribbean. He works at all levels within organizations to help improve business effectiveness, and is able to work with clients in a one-to-one or in group capacity. As a skilled people manager, Andrew approaches issues from the line managers' perspective and is thus able to empathise & communicate clearly with clients & delegates alike. Andrew enjoys working with organisations & individuals to improve business effectiveness and to assist with the development of current & future leadership capability. He has a particular interest in business transformation and enjoys helping individuals to manage & lead successfully through periods of significant change.

Mike Taylor

Mike has broad-based senior management, training, coaching and consultancy experience across a wide range of industrial sectors with clients including Lloyds TSB, Daimler-Chrysler, Cable & Wireless, Marks & Spencer and Heinz. For nearly three decades Mike has successfully combined training and consultancy work with substantial senior corporate appointments involving the management of people, projects, change, finance and risk. Today Mike specialises in mentoring, coaching and group facilitation work.

Paul Whitman

Paul is a strategic Human Resources and Learning consultant with 10 years blue-chip experience across a broad client and sector range in the UK, USA and Africa. Prior to consultancy, Paul's career in financial services saw him undertake a number of change management and team leadership roles before moving into the people development field. During his career Paul has worked at all levels of organisation (and with all sizes) undertaking both internal and external roles in addition to his line experience. During this time Paul has developed particular expertise in designing and delivering tailored solutions to improve business performance, group facilitation, cross-cultural working and assessment and selection.

Steve Price

Steve is a successful HR professional with proven experience of the development and implementation of human resource policies and change programmes which deliver positive business results. Prior to working with Hunter Roberts, Steve worked as HR Director and Head of HR Policy and Planning with a major international bank. Steve's areas of interest and expertise include the design and implementation of change programmes and assessment and development initiatives. Steve has a Masters in Business that majored in change management across cultures, providing him with an in-depth understanding of individual and organisational behaviours. He is also a Fellow of the RSA.
