Iron Street Distillery was created from the simple desire for better spirits, carefully crafted cocktails, and for time to slow down just a little bit so we can savor each and every moment. And speaking of time, our historic building on the east side of downtown St. Cloud, Minnesota-surrounded on three sides by railway-has seen a lot in its day. With its historic flair kept intact, we're making what's old new once more, both at our tasting room and within the flavor of our spirits.
