Ben is a qualified Project Manager with over 15 years' experience of both the private and public sectors. Ben has worked on a variety of project types, from small refurbishment schemes up to £750m programmes of work.
Ben started his career delivering government projects before moving on to some of the world's largest consultancy businesses. Ben is passionate about making sure clients' expectations are met and exceeded and that all projects come in on time and on budget.

Brian is Principal Designer for J3 Partners, ensuring that our construction projects comply with the CDM Regulations. His experience in health and safety spans over 30 years and encompasses the commercial, industrial, residential, educational and Ministry of Defence sectors.
Callum is a Building Surveyor with wide range of experience delivering core building surveying services across a variety of sectors including Commercial, Health, Education, Industrial and Retail.
Prior to joining J3 Partners, Callum worked as a Building Surveyor at Rider Levett Bucknall and Crawford and Company Loss Adjusters.
Graham has over 35 years in the property industry initially training as an Architectural Technician before retraining to become a Chartered Building Surveyor. He has generally worked for SME multi-disciplinary professional practices as well as the property department of a children's charity and has dealt with both the public and private sectors clients.
Graham has extensive experience dealing with dilapidations, project management, party walls and schedules of conditions for all age of buildings.
Bob is the Managing Director of J3 Partners and has overall responsibility for the delivery of a first class Building and Project Consultancy service. His career has spanned over 30 years in the UK real estate sector and he specialises in refurbishment projects and dilapidations advice.
Bob's vision is simple; be the best in the market by providing outstanding advice at the right time.
Jamie has extensive experience in both the commercial and residential fields of building surveying. He started his career at EA Shaw before moving to Nelson Bakewell in 2006 and then performing a key client management role at Capita Symonds.
Jamie has an enviable back catalogue of case studies for restoration and refurbishment to listed buildings and has completed many residential refurbishment schemes over the years. In addition, Jamie has extensive experience and expertise on working on all aspects of industrial properties for major funds and property companies.
Jason is a chartered Building Surveyor and Project Manager who has operated both in the private commercial and public sector markets, dealing with a range of professional building surveying duties and large scale refurbishment and development schemes.
Jason started his career at an architectural practice before moving to a multi-disciplinary commercial firm in 2005. His in-depth knowledge of both the public and private sectors has enabled him to glean best practice from both markets.
Mark is a Chartered Building Surveyor with wide ranging experience in many sectors including Commercial, Educational, Industrial and Residential. He has worked for small, medium and large consultancies in the roles of Designer / Contract Administrator, Project Manager and Employers Agent on a range of repair, refurbishment and new build projects for both private and public sector clients.
Mark is also experienced in feasibility reports, PPMs, schedules of condition, various forms of building survey / report writing, party wall surveying, programme management and Principal Designer.
Richard has over 25 years experience in the commercial property sector. Most of his career has been spent working at multi-disciplinary commercial practices and prior to J3, running a client led Building Surveying team at Capita.
Richard has extensive experience working with a wide range of clients and he specialises in providing pre-acquisition surveys, dilapidations advice and contract administration services for repair and refurbishment projects, including specialist advice for insurance claims.
