Keren Rivlin Fuchs has been an attorney since 2003 and serves as a senior associate in our
injury litigation group. Her focus is on motor vehicle accidents, slips and falls, premises liability cases, catastrophic injuries, and construction accidents, of which she handles all litigation aspects.
Keren's background includes significant experience with defense litigation, which provides her with unique insight into defense strategy.
At the end of the day, Keren just wants to get the best results possible for her clients. A married wife of two, Keren appreciates the trust that individuals and families put in her. No matter the case, Keren takes her clients' accidents to heart and works hard to get their lives back on track despite their devastating injuries.
Marissa Petillo serves as Senior Claims Manager for Judd Shaw Injury Law™'s Arbitration practice group. At Judd Shaw Injury Law™, the work we do - and results we obtain - does matter. For our medical providers, we're the last line of defense against the big insurance carriers for taking advantage of PIP no-fault claims, leaving medical providers owed millions of dollars. Upon a no-fault arbitration being filed through out intake teams, the matter moves to Marissa to negotiate and settle for outstanding PIP claims and recover the money our clients deserve. Marissa directly deals with insurance claims adjusters on a daily basis and has a deep understanding of the claimant/adjuster relationship, and because Marissa is so well prepared when that contact with the adjuster is made, adjusters from insurance carriers statewide respect our claims and respond to our demands quickly.
Marissa is a consummate professional and has established strong relationships with the adjusters from all across the PIP insurance world. Leveraging those relationships, Marissa knows when a case has a strong opportunity to settle and when the matter will need to move to our litigation team. Having that appreciation, experience and inside knowledge, allows Marissa to move thousands of matters to the benefit of our clients.

Nicole Fortino is a senior associate attorney at Judd Shaw Injury Law™. Originally from Brick, New Jersey, Nicole was inspired to become a lawyer after watching the O.J. Simpson trial on television as a child. She has practiced law since July 2014, and she joined the Judd Shaw Injury Law™ team in May 2018.
As a lawyer, Nicole believes she and her peers should always be active and approachable to people in their communities. Her favorite part about being an attorney is seeing the relief on clients' faces when she helps them resolve their cases.
When she isn't working hard on behalf of our clients, Nicole volunteers as a coach for the NJ Pride softball team. She also enjoys kickboxing and playing indoor soccer.

Robert K. Gibson is Managing Attorney of Judd Shaw Injury Law™ and Chair of the firm's No-Fault Arbitration practice group. Rob is in charge of attorney oversight, including but not limited to, attorney rules, ethics, compliance and best practices. Rob serves of on the firm's Executive Committee.
As head of the No-Fault Arbitration group, Rob is counsel to numerous health care providers, including MSOs and independent practice associations, provider networks, diagnostic imaging providers, hospitals, physical therapy providers, chiropractic physicians, management companies and providers billing no-fault insurance. Known to be solution-oriented rather than problem-oriented, Rob is a consummate professional with a proven track record. He is well-versed in PIP and insurance matters and is often contacted by clients for advice concerning their practice.
