Graham Gould

Graham has worked in print for over 30 years, so when we say we know what we are talking about, we really do have a wealth of experience here at Kingfisher! Beginning as a machine minder, Graham has a full understanding of the physical process of printing. Having spent 15 years running presses Graham moved into the role of production manager. Now, 15 years later and Graham is responsible for the production of all print at Kingfisher Press.

Graham Smith

Because Graham's print career started in a small, single colour printers and then progressed to a respected five-colour printer with a £2 million turnover, he really does know the business inside out.

Jon Barker

Job Titles:
  • Account Manager
Jon started in print as an estimator, which gave him a sound knowledge of all the print processes. From initial set up and repro through to finishing Jon's clients find his experience and insight invaluable.

Jon Doidge

Job Titles:
  • Director
Jon joined Kingfisher Press in 1992 as a machine minder and became co-director in 2003. He splits his time between running the litho and digital presses and managing the factory floor - giving Kingfisher Press the edge when it comes to production planning and management. 'With Paul in the office, the two most important areas of the business are overseen by a director at all times and that ensures continuity of service. If there is an issue with a job no matter how small - we know in a moment and can resolve it immediately.'

Paul Midforth

Job Titles:

Paul has a wide range of experience in print. Having worked for a local print firm for over 20 years, Paul knows the business inside out and upside down and will be a valuable addition to our hardworking and conscientious team. Pauls background is print production, estimating and client management and Paul will be working with the sales team in a Business development role. Pauls experience in production, estimating and sales gives an excellent all round knowledge and ensures understanding of every aspect of the print process.

Paul Tomlin

Job Titles:

Paul co-founded Kingfisher Press in 1991, and has overseen the company's growth into a mature, dynamic and successful print company. Recognising that staff are the key to the success of any business, he defines his role as team manager rather than boss and runs the company accordingly. A great champion of customer service, Paul ensures this principle is applied to all aspects of the business, saying 'Everybody here understands that our clients are everything and everyone is prepared, and wants, to go that extra mile every day'.
