Labor Community Foundation (LCF) was created by Labor Credit Union to expand the access of resources that are necessary to improve the financial well-being of all. Labor Credit Union's mission is to improve the financial well-being for all those who desire it, not just for those individuals who are members of the credit union... Labor Community Foundation aims to be the "F.A.C.C.E" of community outreach, through the triple mandate of the Foundation to promote Financial Awareness, Career preparation, and Community Engagement... As the F.A.C.C.E of our community outreach, Labor Community Foundation aims to cultivate creative economic solutions, and develop collaborative educational resources; particularly, for marginalized communities designated by our membership.
