Latent Path is a brainchild of the team at Red Bullet, a web development agency with over 10 years experience. As a team, we've built clever web applications for a variety of clients. Over the last 4 years we've been lucky enough to work on Talent development tools for Santander, EE, Expedia and Local Government. This gave us valuable insight into how larger organisations train, develop and get the best from employees... With years of experience in building useful tools for the learning and development sector, we wanted to support the new apprenticeship initiative... With a focus on gathering feedback and evidence around a wider set of objectives and skills through the apprenticeship, we believe our tool offers training organisations and employers a better view of progression. And by creating a clever, engaging user experience for apprentices, Latent Path provides a software platform that benefits all involved with an apprenticeship.
