Amelia joined LendWell in February 2021. She works alongside Jenny in the Operations team and will act as a conduit between customers and brokers as well as professional 3rd parties during the loan application. She is committed to driving the process to ensure timely completion and deliver a first class service across all brokers cases
Andy has worked in financial services for 10 years including most recently as a Senior Credit Manager at Octopus Property. Prior to this Andy was at Shawbrook Bank for over 4 years as a Senior Lending Manager in the Short Term Loans team. Andy has a high level of experience underwriting specialist finance applications including loan sizes up to £15m and his main focus is on ensuring transactions are well structured and work for the client as best as possible.

Brad joined the sales team in February 2021. He deals with all enquiries and broker onboarding and is here to assist with any questions that you may have about the product and process when working with LendWell.
Daryl has worked in commercial banking and specialist lending for 10 years, most recently shaping the specialist property lending proposition at Shawbrook Bank as Head of Products & Markets, covering the Specialist BTL, Commercial and Short-Term markets. Prior to this, Daryl worked as a Regional Development Manager for Shawbrook after starting out as a Relationship Manager at Barclays following graduation from University in 2009.
Having gained well rounded expertise in property lending, Daryl most enjoys working closely with clients to smoothly deliver funding for their property business.
Ed has been involved in property since 2013 and has been working in financial services for 7 years, the majority of which was for Shawbrook Bank where he was most recently the underwriting manager for the bridging team although throughout his time at the Bank had experience assessing a mixture of specialist BTL, commercial & bridging applications.
Ed likes to spend time understanding the client and the project at hand and is keen to make a deal work where possible.

Jason has worked in financial services for over 20 years. As an MD at NatWest Markets he was Head of Capital & Balance Sheet Management, with business responsibility for managing & optimising capital, balance sheet and funding.
Jason is committed to delivering funds in a timely manner that adds value to the clients - one customer saw the extent of this when they received funds on a Sunday evening having only received a monitoring report on the Friday evening!
Jenny has worked in financial services for 19 years, including most recently the role as a Senior Lending officer at Shawbrook Bank. Jenny has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the property finance operations sector. She is focused and determined to provide the best customer service in the most time efficient way.
Karen has worked in financial services for over 20 years and most recently was an executive of Shawbrook Bank, as Managing Director of the Commercial Property Division. Karen has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all areas of property lending. Her focus and drive is very much committed to defining and designing better products and processes that better serve the needs of property professionals looking to develop, refurbish or invest into residential or commercial property.
Nick has worked in banking and financial services for over 20 years. He was previously the Director of Business Transformation at Arbuthnot Latham and prior to that one of the founding executives and Chief Technology Officer at Shawbrook Bank. The use of technology and data to enhance the customer experience and streamline the application process is key to LendWell's proposition.
Stephen has worked in financial services for over 20 years and most recently was a founder executive of Shawbrook Bank where he had the role of Deputy CEO and MD for Property Lending. He has a wealth of experience in all areas of lending to professionals in the property development, refurbishment and investor markets. During his career he has overseen c £7bn of lending into the market and also has his own direct experience in property development and investment.
