Andy has 34 years of experience working within the scaffolding trade is a qualified and advanced Scaffolder.
His career has seen him build a wealth of experience and has previously been involved in the disciplines of domestic, commercial and industrial work including jobs on oil rigs, bridges and water plants. Andy leads the on site teams to ensure projects run smoothly, on time and importantly on budget.
Lance has had an extensive career backed by 14 years of experience within working in the scaffolding industry. Lance set up L.E.L Scaffolding back in 2013 and has built the business into the respected business we see today.
L.E.L started out as a team of 2 and has grown to incorporate the large team you see today. Over the years he has built a trusted relationship with a number of local clients.
Laura is the day to day office manager providing admin support to our extensive team.
Working closely with the Managing Director Lance, Laura's role is to ensure that the background tasks run smoothly, allowing the site work to complete unhindered by admin issues.
