Prior to this, Alison studied at Wymondham College to include law and has more recently completed her CILEX exams and currently working towards becoming a Chartered Legal Executive. In December 2023 she joined the Agricultural Property Team on a full-time basis.

Chris is an Associate in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Team. He provides assistance with a wide range of commercial disputes.
Chris is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Team at Leathes Prior, having qualified as a solicitor 2018. Chris' main focus is on commercial disputes and he regularly advises companies and individuals on contract disputes, company and partnership disputes and intellectual property matters. Chris has particular experience in litigation flowing from sporting contracts and has acted for teams and drivers in a number of motorsport related disputes. Chris has experience conducting litigation in the County Court and the High Court, including claims for declaratory relief, interim injunctions and substantial financial losses/damages. Chris is regularly instructed in relation to trade mark oppositions and has experience bringing and resisting such actions before the tribunal of the Intellectual Property Office. Chris was promoted to Associate in May 2022.
