Alfonso is a biotechnologist by training, holds a Master's degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology and obtained a Ph.D. in Molecular Biosciences by Universidad Autónoma de Madrid working at the Immunology & Oncology department of the National Centre for Biotechnology.
He is author of 9 peer-reviewed publications in scientific journals and a patent.
After working for Janssen in Belgium for four years, he joined Life Length and is responsible for laboratory management and new assay implementation under the necessary quality accreditations and certifications.

Biography
Dra. Irene Garcia is Life Length's Regulatory and Quality Director.
She joined the company in 2016 and since then has worked on the management of the quality system, ensuring that the tests are performed under our strict quality controls.
She has also actively participated in obtaining the quality accreditations and certifications that the company holds.
Irene studied Biochemistry at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and later obtained her PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Biomedicine.
Before joining Life Length, she worked for more than 10 years in research in different laboratories in Spain and Australia.

Biography
Mónica is the Senior Clinical & Market Access Director and joined Life Length in 2022.
Mónica leads the strategy of the product launch of PROSTAV® together with other new products and their access to the different markets and healthcare systems.

Nuria obtained her PhD in biochemistry and molecular biology from Autónoma University of Madrid.
She possesses over 20 years' experience in pharma companies. Published author of 30+ manuscripts in international scientist journals, 1 book chapter and 6 patents (Oncology and Neurodegeneration diseases).
She joined Life Length in 2016, since then she has led the automation process, clinical trials, process and products development under quality accreditations and certifications to improve the offered services and to look for new opportunities. She also leads the laboratory daily operations and coordinates R&D projects.

Biography
Enrique is Chief Technology Officer and Operations Director. Putting the "tech" in "Biotech", he oversees the information infrastructure that supports the company's business, ranging from data protection and integrity policies to optimization of computational processes.

Javier Antón Arespacochaga holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, specializing in marketing and finance.
Prior to joining Life Length in 2018, he worked in Latin America in the finance as Controller for a multinational focusing on Mexico, Colombia, Argentina and Chile, and managed the entire financial operation of the division.
In 2016 he moved to the US to work at iAdvise Partners LLC as a business developer in New York City and subsequently returned to Spain to work at Life Length becoming CFO in 2020.

Juan Pablo Rodriguez Castejon is the Non-Executive Chairman of Life Length.
He has more than 25 years of experience in Investment Banking, Finance, Business and Industrial Consulting.
He was CEO in Spain of Rothschild Investment Banking. Currently, he is working as a Consultant and Board Member in a variety of Spanish and international companies.

Patricia has been with the company since its inception and has actively participated in the development and growth of the company.
She studied Translation and Interpreting at the University of Granada and later graduated as a Trilingual Assistant at the Maurice Ravel School in Paris.
She holds an International Executive Master's Degree for PA and a Master's Degree in Public Relations and Protocol.
Patricia previously worked as Executive Secretary for the Italian fashion house Giorgio Armani Spain.
Patricia speaks English, French, Spanish, Italian and German.

Raúl Madrigal joined Life Length in September 2023 as Managing Director
Raúl is an experienced executive with a strategic and results-oriented approach. He has extensive experience in transforming and accelerating growth in medium and large-sized companies. Expert in business advice in areas such as restructuring, startup and management consulting. Leader focused on relationships based on trust and participation. Passionate about the transformation of society through the business world.

Biography
Rocío has a degree in Biological Sciences with a specialty in Health Biology from the Complutense University of Madrid and a specialist in Clinical Biochemistry, performing her specialty at La Paz University Hospital.
Her experience in this sector extends to more than 8 years. During these two years at Life Length, she has analyzed and reported thousands of COVID-19 PCR results from clients who needed diagnosis in record time.
She is currently immersed in the new activity project in the clinic with the opening of a Clinical Analysis laboratory.

Steve has led the Company since its founding and assisted in establishing the company as the world leader in telomere diagnostics.
Steve brings his over twentyfive years' experience as a senior executive and entrepreneur. Prior to founding Life Length, he previously worked in finance and strategy consulting with such prestigious firms as the World Bank, Lehman Brothers, Rothschild and KPMG as well as in the hotel and cinema industries.
Steve obtained his MBA with first-year honors at Harvard Business School and his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Dartmouth College.

Ángela studied International Marketing with Italian at Greenwich University, London and has an MBA. With more than 12 years of experience in biotechnology, healthcare and IT.
As Marketing Director at Life Length, she is responsible for marketing and communications across all platforms working closely with all of Life Length's departments as we continue to bring our company's innovative services to market as well as launch new products and building a world class commercial organization.
