He has spent more than 20 years in the engineering and construction sector alone.
Tim holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical). He is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) with Engineers Australia and a Registered Professional Engineer in Queensland (RPEQ).

Yeong Sheng's non-insurance experience includes 7 years in the petrochemical industry in Singapore working on process engineering, operations, Greenfield project turnover and start-up.
Yeong Sheng joined Liberty in 2003 and heads up the Risk Engineering Division responsible for all risk management activities in Asia, supporting underwriting and claims as part of the Energy, Property & Construction Division.
