Mark Dellow

Job Titles:
  • Company Director
I started out 16 years ago as a fitter installing partitions and ceilings in occupied offices working alongside the client to keep their building works on schedule and within budget. I was soon asked to take on extra tasks including the carpentry works through to painting and decorating. I carried on with this type of work up until 3 years ago when the companies I was working for started getting bigger and no longer taking on that type of work, instead concentrating on larger building sites. I have found that I miss the personal touch, I like to feel pride in work I have completed and that has become increasingly difficult working on particular building sites. In the years gone past I have completed works in a lab environment at major pharmaceutical companies for a long period of time. I have worked alongside insurance companies and banks in London delivering works of a high specification. More recently I have worked on high end houses and flats in and around London ranging from 1 - 80 million pounds. I am now targeting residential works, that will keep me local, the main focus being 2nd fix carpentry work including fitted kitchens and wooden flooring. I will continue to carry out office refurbishments, when requested, working directly for the client. Sub contract works will not be considered.
