Alicia attended Suffolk Community College in New York where she obtained her Paralegal Certificate. She has been a paralegal in the Elder Law and Estate Planning field for over 23 years.
She personally knows the struggles of caring for aging parents with terminal illnesses and has made it her personal mission to ease as much of the burden as she can for other people experiencing similar heartaches.
Within the firm, Alicia is responsible for Estate Plans including drafting wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives and trusts.
Alicia recently relocated her family and her parents from New York to Newnan, GA to be closer to her brother. When Alicia is not spending her spare time making beautiful memories with her family, friends and 3 dogs, she volunteers and raises money for the Alzheimer's Association and the Alzheimer's Disease Resource Center.

Denise holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Georgia State University and boasts over 20 years of professional administration, client relations and human resources experience. As Client Relations Manager for Meyerson Law Firm, she manages the day to day operations and ensures that every client is provided top-rated customer service from the time that initial contact is made to well past the closing of a case. Denise is a dedicated professional whose commitment to providing stellar customer service, ensuring complete satisfaction and building relationships that make our clients "our family", is second to none.
Denise lives in Peachtree City, GA, with her husband Terry. She is the proud mom of two young men, Mike and Eric and daughter in law, Megan. She enjoys spending time with her 2 Granddaughters (Hadley and Lainey) and driving her golfcart around Peachtree City with her German Shepherd, Max and Cavalier puppy, Davey.

Julie holds a B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. She served the citizens of Orlando for 20 years working with the Dept. of Transportation and the State Attorney's Office as a prosecution assistant and intake paralegal specialist. She is experienced in reviewing court cases across multiple areas, working on trial teams and in appeals.
Within the firm, Julie is the Intake Manager and serves as one of the first points of contact whether on the phones or in person. She is responsible for managing new case intake and keeping the client's interest and focus as a priority and in the forefront.
Julie's passion for helping others is a gift that is shared with all of our clients.

Meyerson Law Firm was founded by attorney Seth Joel Meyerson, who has a passion for providing high-quality legal services in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Estate and Trust Administration, and Litigation. With degrees in Accounting and Production Operations Management from Appalachian State University and a master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Georgia, Seth brings a unique blend of skills to his legal practice.
Before earning his Juris Doctorate at Georgia State University College of Law, Seth gained valuable experience in the industry. He believes that his real-world experience has shaped his perspective on the practice of law, and he approaches his work as a team sport, emphasizing the importance of a strong team environment to achieve the best results for clients.
As an active member of the Georgia Bar Association, Seth is authorized to practice law in Georgia's Superior courts, Georgia's Appellate courts, Georgia Appeals, and Georgia's Federal courts. He and his team are committed to providing personalized and effective legal representation to clients throughout the state of Georgia.
With a diverse range of experience, Seth brings a unique perspective to his legal practice. He served in the US Army as an Infantryman with the Big Red One, and he is also an experienced NCAA Division I nationally ranked wrestler and coach of wrestling. Currently, he is a practitioner of Jui Jitsu.

Susan holds a B.A. from the University of Northern Iowa and a Paralegal Certificate from Southwestern Paralegal Institute. She has over 12 years of experience as a Paralegal in corporate law, employment law, family law, and civil and criminal law.
Within the firm's practice, Susan assists in several areas including probate litigation, guardianship, landlord/tenant remedies and estate planning. She enjoys helping the clients and is always available to answer questions.
Susan lives in Sharpsburg with her husband Hank, their 2 dogs and cat. She is mom to stepson Dustin, stepdaughter Kristin, and her son, Jared. She enjoys spending her free time at their house on Lake Hartwell.
