Mission Wellness, LLC is a health and wellness company based on the principles of a habit based approach to health. We believe that health is a lifelong pursuit that everybody can achieve to maximize their potential. Nobody wants to lead an unhealthy life, most people just need the proper guidance and accountability to get their goals put into action... Our names are Kari and Noah O'Connor. We are mother and son who share a passion for health and fitness and have decided to go into business together and have formed Mission Wellness, LLC. Combined, we have over 35 years of experience in corporate and community health/fitness. We are both NASM certified personal trainers, Precision Nutrition Level 1 nutrition coaches, and Crossfit Level 1 trainers... Being active and eating healthy have always been values for our family.
