Amy Morse

Job Titles:
  • Senior Manager & Podcast Producer
Amy designs communications for the EDF+Business team and supports outreach to the media. She collaborates with experts to distill key environmental and economic research into resonant messages for investors, businesses, consumers and the public. Amy supports the EDF podcast team in the production of Degrees: Real talk about planet-saving careers. She is based in New Mexico and D.C., and is a New Hampshire native. When not working, she enjoys hiking mountains and planning art shows about climate change and the environment. Amy holds an MPA from American University in Public Administration and a BA from UMass Dartmouth.

Catherine Weddig

Job Titles:

Catherine Weddig is a Senior Communications Specialist for the EDF+Business team. She designs social media and digital communications that synthesize key policy, economic, and environmental messages to an online audience. Catherine supports the EDF podcast team in the promotion of Degrees: Real Talk About Planet-Saving Careers. She has a BA from Rhodes College.

Chloe Hoang

Chloe Hoang is a Coordinator for the Net Zero Action Accelerator team where she is responsible for managing the launch of our new web hub and its accompanying tools and resources and organizing the logistics of future NZAA activities. Born and raised in Hanoi, Vietnam, Chloe holds a Master of International Affairs with a concentration in Urban Governance and Sustainability from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the College of Wooster.

Elizabeth Sturcken

Job Titles:

Elizabeth directs climate impact and net zero acceleration at EDF+Business, the private sector engagement division of Environmental Defense Fund. She has led EDF partnerships with Walmart, UPS, Airbnb, Lyft and FedEx. Elizabeth also leads coalition collaborations with the Business Alliance to Scale Climate Solutions (BASCS), Transform to Net Zero (TONZ), and works with the Sustainable Aviation Buyers Alliance (SABA). Under her leadership, EDF+Business created the first-of-kind Supply Chain Solutions Center and the Pathways to Net Zero report series with pragmatic, actionable tools to cut emissions now, set interim targets and invest in climate technologies for hard-to-abate sectors. Elizabeth has a Master's in Public Policy in Environment and Natural Resources Policy from Harvard University.

Ellen Shenette

Jane Eisenhardt

Job Titles:

Jane is a member of the Net Zero Action Acceleration team working with both EDF+Business and the Climate Champions Team under the UN High-level Climate Champions to align efforts on the UN-backed Race to Zero (RTZ) global campaign. In her role, Jane works closely with stakeholders to accelerate the campaign and delivery of net zero commitments. Jane has worked with EDF since February 2023. Prior to joining EDF, she worked for the UN Environment Programme (UNEP) liaising with North American member states and partners on key issues related to nature, restoration, and water and she led regional projects focusing on marine protected areas and plastic pollution action. Before joining UNEP, Jane worked in the sustainable food space with NGOs focusing on food policy, sustainable agriculture, and good food access.

Jordan Faires

Jordan Faires is a Manager at EDF+Business, where he works with a variety of stakeholders across industries and sectors to drive ambition and action in corporate decarbonization, including setting ambitious climate goals, identifying and implementing innovative net zero practices, and leveraging high integrity voluntary carbon markets. He has a Master of Environmental Science and Management from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Arts in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College.

Jée Willis

Jée Willis is a Senior Assistant at EDF+Business, where she delivers high-quality administrative and programmatic support to the senior leadership staff in the Net Zero Action Accelerator team, as well as the broader Net Zero Value Chains team. Her responsibilities encompass calendar and travel management, monthly financial/expense reporting, program contract management, invoice processing, occasional research, and event planning. Originally from Houston, Texas, Jée was born and raised there. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Environmental Sustainability from The University of Texas at San Antonio.

Rodrigo Soares

Areas of Expertise: Net zero goals, corporate climate action, corporate engagement, regenerative agriculture, agroforestry, and global pro bono Rodrigo Soares is a Program Manager at the Net Zero Action Accelerator team, responsible for overseeing the development and management of trainings, resources, and partnerships that drive Net Zero action among corporate partners, with a specific focus on the food and agriculture sector. Before joining EDF, Rodrigo took a sabbatical year to engage in hands-on projects centered around regenerative agriculture, agroforestry systems, and soil biology. In his previous career, he amassed over 15 years of experience at PYXERA Global, where he served as a client manager, connecting renowned talents from global companies like SAP, IBM, PepsiCo, Pfizer, and Medtronic with social mission organizations in under-resourced communities worldwide to provide pro bono consulting services. Originally from Rio, Brazil, Rodrigo holds a master's degree in Sustainable Tourism Management from the George Washington University.
