Newgate is Located on corner of 44th and Kipling, right on the edge of Wheat Ridge and Arvada, Newgate's premier location is only two blocks away from I-70, providing convenient access tothe heart of Denver and mountain excursions... Nothing but positive experiences from the first time we entered the leasing office. Our lease was expiring at our old apartment complex, which was a nightmare. Nikki reassured us we would enjoy living here, from the amenities to the location. We also spoke to Nicole, (different from Nikki) she was helpful, and knew most of the residents by name. We feel comfortable going to the leasing office with questions or concerns,though I doubt we'll have any. We enjoy how active they are in the community, specifically how friendly she is. We rented a one bedroom here and I feel like she was a big deciding factor, with her constant attention to any questions we might have. We look forward to living here and getting accquainted with the community. Thanks again Nikki..
