Martyn is founder and Director of Newfangelt Ltd. He has over twenty years experience in the betting and gaming industry and a further seven years experience in the retail drinks sector. After graduating with an MA (Hons) from the University of Aberdeen he began his career on the shop floor as a manager of a Victoria Wine off-licence and went on to fulfil roles in retail marketing, direct marketing and B2B before joining Ladbrokes in 1992. At Ladbrokes he held senior roles in retail, telebet and online marketing in the UK and internationally. He also played a leading role in the front-end development of Ladbrokes eGaming web sites (bet.co.uk, ladbrokes.co.uk and ladbrokes.com). In 2005, Martyn joined Coral as Marketing Director with multi-channel marketing and brand development being central to his remit. In 2009 he joined Gala Coral's newly created Remote Gambling Division as Commercial Development Director and, latterly, as Director of Website Development to concentrate on web and mobile development.
