Derek is a native of Lincoln, NE and a University of Nebraska Business College Alumni. He currently travels the USA with residences in Lincoln, Denver and Las Vegas, focusing on taking Realtors from No One to #1 via his namesake coaching company. Derek is also a Keller Williams franchise owner and manages a multi-million dollar mega-team with over 2000+ sales in the past 10 years... Derek started his real estate agent career in early 2010 and by the end of his first full year he had already become the #1 Buyer's Agent out of nearly 1000 Agents in his city. Throughout the years, Derek continued to rank as the #1 Buyer's Agent as well as consistently being in the Top-10 Realtors overall in his city. Though he found minor success quickly (as many agents do), he realized he was noticing flaws in the current real estate systems and models that had been handed down from eras before never only to be left uncontested… until now... I was on Zillow looking for a realtor who had some experience..
