She is the owner of two nurse practitioner owned and operated clinics: Wright & Associates Family Healthcare. She is the Past President of NPACE and the Senior lecturer for Fitzgerald Health Education Associates. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing, and a Fellow of the National Academies of Practice.
