Hi, I'm Natalia and I am a fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 10 years experience of working with a variety of client difficulties in both the NHS and private settings. I initially graduated in 2003 with a BSC (Hons) in Psychology having studied at both Plymouth University and the University of Victoria, Canada. I the completed training to become a fully qualified Person-Centred Counsellor in 2009 at the University of East Anglia and went on to complete my Masters in the link between trauma and self-harm. I then trained as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist in 2013-2014 at the Salomons University in Tunbridge Wells... I have worked as a Counsellor, Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Supervisor and Team Leader in a variety of settings and currently work as a lecturer at the University of East Anglia teaching Cognitive Behavioural Therapy...
