Harry Guttridge - Founder

Co-Founder & Producer at Offset Collective, Harry began his journey into the film industry after watching ‘The Pixar Story' in 2007, only realising then that you could make money & a career out of the things you love the most. Having seen his mum start an interior design business and his brother play in a band at Glastonbury Festival, Harry knew that he wanted to make something for himself in the industry he felt so passionate about. Having spent the majority of his mid to late teens freelancing in photography & videography, Harry was now set on wanting to be part of the bigger picture, starting out as a production assistant for a Vauxhall Commercial & Adele's concert at Wembley Stadium in 2017. Since then, Harry has been working his way up the ladder, acting as producer & production manager for a number of Offset Collective and freelance projects, including commercials, tours & festivals, social/branded content and more. One thing Harry is extremely proud of is the exceptional talent that he has been able to work with, and the team of people that he has been able to grow and develop creatively with. He dedicates his Ravensbourne Incubation Lite Award & Greenwich Business Award Nomination to those that helped him spark his life dream of founding Offset Collective.

Ilan Lampl

Ilan Lampl is a Director and Editor working within the commercial, music and fashion industries. His works feature a poetic approach to filmmaking, capturing people, culture and the mystical within it all; this, combined with his background as an elite gymnast create a unique style of
dynamic movement and kinetic energy that remain integral themes throughout his works.

John Reavey

Originally from rural County Armagh - John Reavey moved to London alone at age 18 to build a career in the film industry. He combined his love for football with his detailed storytelling approach to create a range of award winning sports films over the years. One of the first In 2019, his LGBTQ+ COPA90 Football Documentary was the first of its kind - featuring on Sky TV for Pride Month. When working for West Ham he directed the film for the West Ham x Umbro kit release - winning him a bronze at the British Arrow award.

Tim Payne - Founder

Tim Payne is a co -founder and young British film director working successfully across commercial, branded, social and digital content segments. Tim grew up in a media led environment and has been creating films from an early age. Highly qualified and sought after as an editor and post production specialist, Tim has developed an intuitive eye for detail to bring a vision to life within his directing. Creatively led, strategically driven, Tim's fast tempo and stylistic approach ensures every production is highly optimized helping brands and companies alike to create stories that resonate to their audience, with heart at its core. His work has attracted a diverse range of clients, including Lego, Ebay, Kurrupt FM, Threads, Chip, Seatfrog and Trussle and many more.. Tim is the co-founder and creative director of Offset. His first taste for the industry came at the age of 14 where his father who is a lifelong editor introduced him to the art of filmmaking. However it was during his studies at Ravensbourne University when he realized the importance and power of collaboration, surrounded by some of the most up and coming talent within the industry across all sectors. In final year, alongside some of his fellow students, he saw an opportunity to create a ‘collective' where he could bring people of different skills together to create a full service production company & design studio. Fast forward 4 years and combining our unique approach and award winning team, Offset is considered to be one of the most up and coming disruptors in the industry. Working on a diverse range of briefs across TV commercials, branded, and social content for clients such as Ebay, West Ham, Umbro, Warner Music, Adidas, Louis Vuitton, Stella McCartney, Chip and many more. Tim works closely with content strategists, art direction, all aspects of production and post production taking time to really understand a client's needs, brand message, challenges and competitors.
