Dr. Frank Sciabica

Dr. Frank Sciabica serves as a Transition Consultant at Omni Practice Group. He has a DDS from Marquette University School of Dentistry and has been looking after the oral health of his patients and creating healthy, beautiful smiles for more than 25 years. He has personally bought and sold a number of practices and professionally has helped to transition dozens of practices since being at Omni Practice Group. He brings a wealth of experience with practice transitions to help doctors through the process of selling their practice and to find a buyer who is a good fit for the seller. Frank is a licensed commercial broker in Washington and California.

Jim Vander Mey

Jim has 20 years' experience as CFO/GM of multi-million dollar Corporations, and started, grew, and transitioned numerous companies. Certified, Licensed and Accredited, this combination of experience and education gives a wide range of knowledge for Jim to draw upon, providing a perspective and level of service not easily found. Jim is a Certified Public Accountant, a licensed commercial broker in Washington, Oregon, Alaska, and Idaho, an Accredited Business Intermediary, and has membership in: the American Business Brokers Association, the AICPA Valuation Services Section, and the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Rod Johnston

Rod's background in accounting, finance, sales, and real estate make him one of the most well-rounded practice transition consultants in America. Rod has an MBA from Seattle University and is a Certified Management Accountant. He is also an Accredited Business Appraiser by the Institute of Business Appraisers and the President of the National Association of Practice Brokers. Rod's experience and background include stints as a financial planner, as Assistant Treasurer and Director of Accounting for AT&T Wireless, and as a Commercial Broker for Keller-Williams and Omni Healthcare Real Estate. Rod started Omni in 2004 with two things in mind; provide a Nordstrom like service to help doctors with their transition, and to be an expert resource to medical professionals in the fields we work in. He has developed systems and processes in the brokerage industry that are mimicked and copied throughout the nation. He and his company has transitioned hundreds of practices with great success while maintaining a "win-win" relationship between his clients. Rod is a sought-after practice broker and speaker throughout the west coast.
