Chris brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as Founding Director. With a proven track record of launching, expanding and managing successful teams across all areas of Digital Marketing and Media, Chris enjoys working with individuals to help them reach their full potential, whether that be as a Consultant or as a Manager.
Chris is passionate about the Digital industry and continues to stay close to the market, overseeing Pivotal's largest team that work with both independent and global Agencies. Thriving on the challenge of managing key relationships and offering support and advice to clients on how they can hire in a candidate short market place.
In his role as a Founding Director, Chris is responsible for all things people. This includes but is not limited to Internal Recruitment, Training & Development and ensuring everyone within Pivotal is mapped on to a bespoke Career Frameworks.
Born and raised in Coventry, Chris moved to London at the tender age of 22. Fast forward a couple of years, he still tries to take part in as many sports as possible. He has two children, who he is eternally grateful have their mother's looks!
Codie has come from a competitive sporting background representing GB Bobsleigh and moved to the world of recruitment in 2019 with now just over 4 years of experience in a digital recruitment agency.

As a Founding Director of Pivotal London, David has been at the heart of the digital marketing and media recruitment industry since 2007. During this time, he has has successfully built and led multiple top performing teams within permanent and contract recruitment.
After two years in ad tech and programmatic, he became responsible for launching Pivotal's second market - Digital Marketing - focussing on SEO, PPC and paid social roles within agencies, brands, and leading e-commerce companies.
David's passion lies within digital marketing and media, where he has specialised in working with many of the world's top media agencies, brands, e-commerce, publishers and programmatic tech companies.
He's also proud to call himself a Cornishman and an honorary Londoner. You'll often find him seeking out the best pasties and pies in the city - all recommendations welcome!
I'm an avid football fan unfortunately I've been blessed with supporting Tottenham Hotspur, most of my weekends are spent following them round the country. I also enjoy going to the gym and travelling to as many cities as possible around the world.

Eimear has recently started her career in recruitment and staffing. She was previously working in the beauty industry on cruise ships before moving to London. She is going to be an integral part of the agency team here at pivotal Outside of work you can find her walking her dog, at the gym or socialising with friends.

Harrison joined Pivotal in 2017 and has become an invaluable team player; expanding and building the Digital Marketing team.
Specialising in all things performance marketing related, Harrison focuses on placing paid media and SEO roles within global media agencies and in-housing projects with tier 1 brands.
Harrison is also a true Bristolian and passionate cider drinker. You can either catch me at the gym, local beer garden or the nearest dance floor - depending on which day of the week it is.
James leads our AdTech & Marketing Tech commercial team and has worked in digital advertising recruitment for many years.

Specialises in achieving rapid and sustainable growth, both organic and by acquisition, in people related businesses, thereby maximising shareholder value.

Justin started his career in recruitment in the media sector back in 2008 and by 2012 was leading a team of 10 digital recruiters who specialised recruiting within the digital advertising industry. Curious and passionate around building a market leading digital recruitment company, Justin Co-Founded Pivotal in 2014.
He oversees the scaling of our Client-Side Growth Marketing Team, leads our established Commercial Team and manages key partnerships and client relationships.
In addition, Justin is responsible for our Business Operations including Finance, Company Performance & Analytics, CRM, Legal and Partnerships and regularly attends Recruitment Leadership events to identify ways we can continually improve as a recruitment agency.
Naomi have worked in freelance recruitment since 2013 and specialise in Digital Performance and Media Planning/Buying.
Naomi cover a variety of sectors including; Performance Marketing (PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Affiliate, Programmatic and Display) as well as Media Planning/Buying and at all levels.
She had always had a keen interest in marketing and media and the ever-expanding world of Digital Marketing so I feel very fortunate to be working in a sector I'm truly passionate about.
Naomi brings a consultative approach to both my candidates and clients and love nothing more than making that perfect match,
In her personal life she loves to spend time with my baby girl, do Pilates and because life is all about balance…hunt out the best restaurant/cocktail spots.
Nathan joined Pivotal in January 2024 and is leading our Product function.
Nusrat joined Pivotal in February 2024 with 6 years recruitment experience across performance marketing roles within agencies and opportunities within MarTech. She is now focusing on sourcing in-house digital talent for some of the UK's best known start-ups, scale ups and corporates
Outside of Pivotal Nusrat loves cooking, painting, travelling and running to her favourite donut or sandwich stop as part of her training for her half marathon.
Outside of work - Nathan is a 4 th Dan Black Belt and practices many times through the week. He also has a Dog Nala which is his pride and joy.

Phil's interest in Media / Marketing started during his BA in Advertising and has grown even further during his 10+ years recruiting for the UK's leading agencies, within which time he has recruited for all manner of Media Planning & Buying and Strategy roles.
Phil takes on a very consultative approach and really enjoys truly understanding the people and clients he works with.
Outside of work Phil has a big interest in Films, Art and Sports!

She holds a degree in Sociology, Politics and English Literature, and her recruitment career before Pivotal was focused on sourcing talent for some of the UK's most well-known and respected property development companies, including Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Deloitte Real Estate, Berkeley Group and Legal & General Capital.

Sophie joined the Pivotal family in January 2022 after graduating from University of Winchester. Having worked in recruitment previously in a different sector, she is excited to now work within the Digital Marketing sector and put her Social Media addiction to good use!

Zainab has previously worked in Tech recruitment but has always been passionate about the marketing and advertising industry. She has also obtained a distinction from The Glauca Rossi School of Makeup for Fashion and Editorial makeup as this is another passion of hers.
