Alexis I. Roth

Alexis I. Roth joined Wolf, Baldwin and Associates, P.C., in 2021, and focuses her practice in the areas of small business representation, commercial litigation and employment law. Previously, she was an associate attorney at a consumer protection firm representing individual consumers' rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, in addition to various other consumer protection laws. Prior to that, Ms. Roth worked as a civil litigator for local and state law enforcement officers handling cases under Title VII, The Americans With Disabilities Act, The Age Discrimination in Employment Act and the First Amendment Free Speech and Petition Clause. She has won several jury trials, most notably a $1.97 million-dollar verdict against the Pennsylvania State Police in 2014 for discrimination in employment, and violations of the First Amendment and Equal Protection clause. Ms. Roth is also an active member on the Executive Board for the Justice Rising Advocates; a local committee which partners with Community Legal Services of Philadelphia to help low-income Philadelphians with various legal issues by volunteering at legal clinics, continuing legal education seminars, and other events. Ms. Roth received her J.D. in 2009 from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. While attending law school, she received a Book Award for achieving excellence in Employment Discrimination and was an active member in the Women's Law Caucus. In 2007 she clerked for The Honorable Nicholas Tsoucalas in the New York Federal Court of International Trade, assisting in drafting opinions regarding trade adjustment benefits, countervailing duties and classifications of imported goods. Alexis obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University where she was an NCAA scholarship athlete and four time All-American. Ms. Roth is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the Pennsylvania Eastern and Middle District Courts, and the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Bruce L. Baldwin

Bruce L. Baldwin was born in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Souderton Area High School in 1977. Mr. Baldwin attended West Chester University, graduating in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts in Literature, Summa Cum Laude. Following his undergraduate work, Mr. Baldwin studied at Villanova University School of Law, where he was active in the Moot Court Board, and earned his Juris Doctor in 1984. Mr. Baldwin began his practice of law in Collegeville before coming to Pottstown in 1987, when he started practicing law with firm founder Jack F. Wolf. Mr. Baldwin is past president of the Pottstown Optimist Club. He is a past recipient of the PBA's Pro Bono award, and has served on various non-profit boards in the Pottstown area. Mr. Baldwin is also a frequent lecturer on business, employment and civil litigation for the National Business Institute. Mr. Baldwin is licensed to practice law before all Pennsylvania courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Carolyn M. Marchesani

Daniel E. McCabe

Daniel E. McCabe is Certified as a specialist in the practice of workers' compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Section on Workers' Compensation Law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Mr. McCabe was born in West Chester, Pennsylvania, and educated in West Chester until he completed college. He attended West Chester East High School and graduated in 1991. Mr. McCabe attended West Chester University, as a Speech Communications major and a Political Science minor. He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in speech communications in 1995. Following his undergraduate work, he attended Villanova University School of Law, where he was active in Moot Court, and earned his Juris Doctor in 1998. Mr. McCabe was admitted to the bar in 1998, and is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. Upon completion of law school he was a clerk for the Honorable Judge Lawrence Wood in the Court of Common Pleas in West Chester. He has also practiced corporate law and collection law in a firm in West Chester, in addition to maintaining his own practice. In recent years, Mr. McCabe has concentrated his practice solely on workers' compensation law. His first experience with workers' compensation was representing employers and insurance companies. However, since 2003, he has represented injured workers exclusively. His experience on both sides of workers' compensation law allows him to serve his clients with the valuable knowledge of how the insurance companies operate. Lee F. Mauger

Lee F. Mauger has been engaged in the private practice of law in Pottstown, Pennsylvania for over 40 years. A Pottstown native and Hill School graduate, Mr. Mauger received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania in 1978, and his Juris Doctorate in 1981 from the Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. After a brief stint with the Montgomery County Public Defender's Office, Mr. Mauger returned to Pottstown to join the firm founded by his father, L. Stanley Mauger, Esq. Levi S. Wolf

Levi S. Wolf is Certified as a specialist in the practice of workers' compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Section on Workers' Compensation Law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Mr. Wolf was born in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, and educated in the Pottstown elementary schools through sixth grade. He graduated from The Hill School in 1989, earning membership in the Cum Laude Honor Society. Mr. Wolf began his undergraduate studies in the University of Pittsburgh College of Engineering, where he was an Engineering Honors Scholar. He then transferred to the University of Pittsburgh College of Arts and Sciences, graduating in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and holding minors in Anthropology, the Classics, and the History and Philosophy of Science. Following his undergraduate work, Mr. Wolf studied at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in 1996. During the summers between years at law school, Mr. Wolf volunteered at the Berks County District Attorney's Office, becoming a Certified Legal Intern in 1995, and representing the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at preliminary hearings. Supriya G. Philips

Supriya G. Philips joined Wolf, Baldwin and Associates, P.C., in 2022, and focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning and estate administration. Ms. Philips received her J.D. in 2019 from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. While attending law school, she received the 2018 CALI Award for achieving excellence in Real Estate. She was an active member in the Black Law Students Association and a 1L Class Representative for the Student Bar Association. In 2017 and 2018, she was a Martin Luther King, Jr. Summer Intern for the Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network, Inc. and awarded scholarships for her public interest internships. In 2017, she interned at MidPenn Legal Services which provides free legal services to low-income residents of Dauphin County. In 2018, she interned at the Pennsylvania Institutional Law Project in Philadelphia and assisted in several class action lawsuits. Supriya obtained her Bachelor of Art degree from Temple University where she studied Political Science. Ms. Philips is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
